Changeover day
Changeover day: Wednesday or Saturday preferred, but some flexibility possible (please ask). Villas normally available from 2pm on arrival day. Guests required to leave by 10am on departure.

Third bedroom also has twin beds and cabinet. Travel cot and high chair available at no extra charge. All bedrooms have ceiling fans. Family bathroom and en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower. Newly fitted kitchen with gas hob, electric oven/grill, extractor fan, microwave, washing machine, large fridge/freezer and dishwasher plus dining area. Large lounge with log fireplace, Sky TV, DVD player and CD stereo. Selection of books and games. Double sofa bed. |

The villas are side by side and surrounded by a secure wall with a lockable gate, ensuring complete privacy and making it safe for children. Children must be supervised in and around the pool.
Please note, no smoking inside the villas. No animals.
Outside
Each villa has its own veranda with table and chairs and outside lighting. The attractive garden boasts a large swimming pool (9x4.5m) surrounded by lawn, pool-side shower, sun-loungers, patio areas to the back and a shared patio area between the two villas. Each villa has a stone BBQ. Parking for two cars.
Coast/Beach
The villas are 4 minutes drive from the famous blue flag La Barrosa beach with its 8km of beautiful white sand and promenade of restaurants, tapas bars and cafes. The beach also has two play areas for children. The coast of Costa de la Luz includes Conil beach (15 min drive), Cadiz beach (25 min drive) and Tarifa (famous for wind-surfing) is about 50 minute drive away.
Golf
The superb course at Novo Sancti Petri, only a 2 minute drive from the villa, was designed by Seve Ballesteros and has two 18 holes courses. There are many other excellent golf courses nearby. For further details, please contact the owner.
Travel
The nearest airport is Jerez which is a straightforward 40 minutes journey to the villa (full directions given on booking). Gibraltar is less than 90 minutes drive or choose Seville which is about an hour away. Car hire is available in Jerez airport and is located in the arrivals area so that you can book your car while waiting for your luggage. Private pick-up and drop-off to Jerez airport can also be arranged (please enquire). Car hire is essential to enjoy all that this area has to offer.
Distances
The Costa de la Luz (Coast of the Light) is steeped in Spanish culture and history. Unspoilt and traditional, there is something for everyone in this location. Cadiz is only 30 minutes away and Jerez de la Frontera (famous for wine and horses), Seville and Gibraltar are also within easy travelling distance. Other places to visit include the rustic white village of Medina Sidonia, Vejer and Conil.
Further details
Quad biking, and horse riding facilities are 3 minutes drive from the villa. Ride through pine forests or, for the more experienced riders, gallop along the beach. Various golf courses and tennis courts are also nearby. Beach activities include jet-skiing, fishing and wind surfing and La Barrosa beach has childrens amusements (bouncy slide and castle) and small fair rides on the promenade in high season. There is a waterpark in Puerto de Santa Maria which is easy to get to. As well as historical places of interest, there is also shopping! The Bahia Sur shopping mall of San Fernando is only 20 minutes away and Chiclana Centro holds a weekly outdoor market (Tuesdays).

Booking notes
Normal availability all year. A 25% non-refundable deposit (per villa) is required on booking. Full payment to be arranged via bank transfer 5 weeks prior to departure date. A breakage/damage deposit of £200 cash per villa is payable on key hand-over. This will be refunded as appropriate within 7 working days of your return. Set of bedlinen/towels provided. The villa will be cleaned before arrival and after departure. Basic welcome pack provided.
