Notes on accommodation
Your privacy will be our priority apart from one morning a week for maintenance of pool. A welcoming pack will be waiting on your arrival.

Outside
Gated garden to the front and to the side of the property with trees; a covered veranda, table and chairs, sun loungers, barbecue, salt filter pool. The pool area is gated for children safty with lockable gates.
Coast/Beach
There are many beaches in Valencia area many can be reached within a hour one of them is Cullera, where there is also a large water park.
Golf
There are many golf courses with in a hour from the property nearest being El Bosque Golf and Country Club and also a nine hole course near the airport. and f1 racing is coming to valencia in August 2008
Travel
The nearest airport is Valencia approx 45 mins and Alicante is 1.75 hours. There are many low cost airlines now flying in to Valencia at low prices. A car hire is essential.
Distances
The nearest town is Catadau where you will find local shops and supermarkets, bars, restaurants, post office, and many leather shops. There is a weekly local market in the square.
Booking notes
A 25% deposit required upon reserving accommodation (non refundable). Balance of payment due 8 weeks prior to your holiday.
