Tomas Maestre Marina, with its shops, bars, restaurants, supermarkets, banks, chemists, Burger King, car hire, all within 50 yards. Also within 50 yards is a beautiful Promenade lined with palm trees and manicured lawns, this runs alongside the Mar Menor inland sea. Look to the right and you will see the Marina at 100 yards, look to the left and at 200 yards you will see a gorgeous sandy beach, cross the road at that point and you have another beach this time on the Mediterranean Sea. Yachts,pedalos, snorkel gear, jet skis, are all for hire on the calm, shallow, warm, Mar Menor. The La Manga area enjoys over 300 days sunshine per year, and on the hottest of days you will usually find a cooling breeze to help the sunbathing. The choice of restaurants in the Marina is mind boggling, you can choose from Mexican, Greek, Italian French. Food from the region, and even a Pizzeria. Its also possible to hire a boat, with or without a Skipper for fishing, scuba diving & snorkelling.

Notes on prices
£100 deposit to secure your booking.
Prices are per week and where overlapping dates occur higher rate will apply. Add £100 to any holiday price where a Bank holiday is included.
Changeover days are flexible depending upon availability.
Long term winter stays are negotiable.
A £100 refundable breakages deposit to be paid with final balance. Refudable 2 wks following return date.

In the event that we have consecutive bookings, incoming clients check in from 4pm, outgoing check out by 10am. You will be advised if your check-in/out falls on a changeover day.

| Utility Room: | Contains elec. water heater, washing machine, drying rack, Ironing board and Iron, various kiddies swimming aids, two beach chairs, and portable BBQ. |
| Living Rooms: | Living room/dining room, Sky satellite TV (English channels) DVD player + selection of DVDs. 4 seater settee and armchair, dining table and 4 chairs room has concealed lighting. Air conditioning and underfloor heating in all rooms. |
| Other: | The lounge and double bedroom patio doors lead to a large south facing terrace opposite pool which has the sun all day. Patio furniture consists of 4 adjustable sun loungers, table and 2 sun beds. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
All linen and towels are provided, but please provide your own beach towels. A cleaning and laundry service will come into operation after your departure. The cost of 79 euros will be met by you, leave this on dinning room table on departure. |
Notes on accommodation
Due to ground floor and close proximity to all facilities including the pool, the apartment is ideal for children, handicapped and elderly alike. We cannot accept bookings from groups of young single people and we therefore require a description of your party make up at the time of enquiry. In the event that we have consecutive bookings on changeover days, outgoing clients leave @ 10am. Incoming clients check in @ 4pm. Our Agents are very strict on these timings because of a very tight cleaners schedule. We will notify you as early as possible if your holiday is effected by a changeover day, otherwise you may check in and out as you please on your dates.
Accessibility
The apartment is wheelchair friendly, with extra wide doors and easy accessibility, there are ramps leading from the apartment to the street, the Promenard the car park, shops, and the pool.
Outside
Large communal pool directly outside the apartment, extra large South facing Sun trap patio overlooking the pool with beautiful views of the Mar Menor. You have outdoor furniture & a portable BBQ, ideal for al fresco day's to bask in the glorious sunshine, or to relax in the evenings.
Coast/Beach
Directly adjacent to the apartment complex is the Mar Menor with beaches all along it's stretch, 200yards away is the Mediterranean sea with it's beaches.
Golf
Various golf courses are all within local proximity, including the world famous Club La Manga much favoured by many British football clubs for its golf, tennis, gyms and lots of other training facilities. Visitors are more than welcome to spend a day there to tone up.
Special interest holidays
There are a lot of facilities for the more active like horse riding, cycling, and rambling. There are also Bridge, music, and reading clubs organized by the ex-pats living in the area. This type of thing is advertised in the free English speaking newspapers available at most British owned bars.
Travel
San Javier, (Murcia), is a 30 minute drive away, Alicante airport is 1 hour away. Taxi services are available, however, car hire from the airport is of a similar cost, and will help you to get the most out of your holiday. We can advise on this. We will supply you with easy to follow route maps from Airport to Apartment, or we can arrange for airport transfers.
Distances
The port of Cartegena is 20 minutes drive away, & has regular bus services directly to it from close by the apartment. A ferry service also operates from the local Marina which goes regularly to San Javier. The city of Murcia is also a 20 minute drive away. Markets abound at all of these places.

There are 2 supermarkets within 50 yards of the apartment, along with banks, bars, shops and restaurants.
Booking notes
A non-refundable deposit of £100 is required at the time of booking. Full amount if booking within 6 wks of departure. The balance is due 6 weeks before departure. Cancellations within 6 weeks of holiday date will be charged on a pro rata basis.
