The apartment is right beside the exclusive Guadalmina golf courses. The master bedroom also has a sliding patio door leading onto the terrace and is en-suite. The second bedroom has a bathroom adjacent. This is a gated apartment complex. The apartment is located in the heart of the Costa del Sol. The beach and a host of leisure activities are available nearby making this the ideal location for holidays.

Notes on prices
Prices are for the property per week in UK pounds. We offer a 10% discount for long stay lets of 4 weeks plus. Late availability discount: 10% 4 weeks prior to start date, 25% 2 weeks prior to start date, 40% 1 week prior to start date.
No price increase for 2009.
Changeover day
Saturday is a preferred changeover day, this can be flexible. Check in is from 4pm check out by 10am. Arrangements can be made to leave luggage at the apartment outside of these hours. Additional costs will be incurred for check in after 9pm.

Towels and linen are provided and changed after each letting and the apartment is cleaned. Additional cleaning and laundry service can be arranged. Please provide your own pool/beach towels. Welcome packs can also be arranged. Please advise on booking. |
Notes on accommodation
The apartment has air conditioning and central heating. A safe is provided for your use. The complex is very secure with security doors, security shutters and entry phone system. This apartment is both suitable for a family holiday, golfing break or older clients looking for an extended stay. Please note this is a no smoking apartment.
Outside
There is a large south facing furnished terrace/balcony with sun loungers, table and chairs. The communal gardens and several supervised swimming pools are very well maintained. There are children's play areas and changing facilities.
Coast/Beach
The promenade and beach are a 5 min drive down the road and stretch for miles in each direction. The golden sand has many bars and restaurants for your use
Golf
For golf lovers the apartment is right beside the exclusive Guadalmina North and South golf courses. There is a driving range next door. Golf lovers will be spoilt for choice with many other courses very close by. No wonder the Costa del Sol is also known as the Costa del Golf.
Travel
Malaga airport is a 40 min drive away. Gibraltar airport is 30 mins. The nearest shops/restaurants are a 10 min walk so a car is not essential. There is a secured private underground parking space available should you hire a car to explore the area further. A lift takes you right up to the apartment. Airport transfers can be arranged, please advise on booking.
Distances
Marbella with its beautiful streets and squares is a 10 min drive. Puerto Banus with its abundance of restaurants, bars, shops, casino, night life and expensive yachts is a short drive away. San Pedro with its quaint streets and squares is within easy walking distance. A fantastic cable skiing facility that the whole family will enjoy is opposite. The fantastic Selwo Animal Safari Park is not far and a must see for all ages. Gibraltar is only a 30 min drive down the coast.
Further details
There are supermarkets, shops, a bank, restaurants and bars at the end of the road. With its all year round good climate and plenty of entertainment on hand this apartment is in the perfect location for a great holiday.
Booking notes
After checking for availability, request a booking form. A deposit of 25% secures the accommodation and full payment is required 8 weeks before the start of your holiday. A refundable security deposit is also taken at this stage.
