Ground floor apartment and 2nd (top) floor apartment in a small, private complex with pool. Situated 8 miles west of Marbella and only 4 miles from Puerto Banus. Adjacent to golf courses and just 40 minutes from Malaga airport. A 10 minute stroll to the beach will take you past various restaurants and bars with supermarket, banks and pharmacy close at hand. The beach has its own bars which offer daytime lunches. There is an adjoining pool to one of the bars and sunloungers and jet skis can be hired there.

Notes on prices
Prices are for the property per week in UK Pounds. Prices are for 4 people sharing 2 bedrooms. A non-refundable deposit of £100 is required at time of booking, the balance payable one month before departure.
Changeover day
No restrictions, subject to availability. Extra days will be charged accordingly.

Both apartments have sunny terraces, with table and chairs and views to the pools.

The beach is just 500 yards.

Adjacent to El Paraiso golf course. 5 minutes from Guadalmina, Atalaya and Los Flamingos golf course.

2 hours from Granada.

Malaga airport is 40 miles. Car hire and taxis can be arranged, details on request.
Distances
5 minutes drive to Puerto Banus. 10 minutes drive to Marbella.
2 minutes drive to San Pedro. 8 minutse drive to Estepona.
Further details
There is plenty of entertainment and nightlife locally and a short bus or taxi ride will take you into Puerto Banus where you can live it up at one of the many harbour bars, nightclubs or the Casino. It also has a large number of very good restaurants, most of them specialising in an impressive array of fresh local seafood. As with Marbella, there are exclusive clothing outlets and jewellers.
The surrounding area to the apartments also boasts many fine restaurants of all types of cuisine. There is a sports centre opposite with pool, tennis courts, squash courts and gym. Behind the apartment are more tennis courts, a bowls club and El Paraiso Golf Course. A large equestrian centre is a few miles away towards Estepona.
You can visit an open market most days at either Estepona, Marbella, Puerto Banus or San Pedro. From the beach you can see Gibraltar and a day trip there will allow you to see the Barberry Apes, take a boat trip to the dolphins and make huge savings on duty free goods.
Prior to your arrival the apartments are cleaned and laundry changed. This includes sheets, pillow cases and towels. Linen is changed weekly.
