A beautiful 4 bed detached villa with swimming pool situated in a very quiet area of Empuribrava. The villa is a 3 minutes drive from the beach or a 12 minute walk to the beach and a 10 minute walk to the high street for shops, bars restaurants! On the ground floor are 3 bedrooms, one en-suite and 2 bathrooms with showers. The kitchen is modern with all the usual appliances ie washing machine, dishwasher, oven etc. The villa comes with TV and hi-fi. At the back of the house is a swimming pool and a small mooring suitable for an inflatable boat up to a mximum 4 metres. On the top floor of the house is a one bedroom self contained apartment which can sleep 2 persons and a large terrace and sun beds.

| Living Rooms: | There is a large lounge with television and hi-fi plus a dining area with table & chairs. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
A fee of Euros 190.00 for cleaning upon departure and supply of bed linen & towels is charged. An extra charge will be made for clean bed linen and extra cleaning upon request. |

The beach is suitable for familys and adults. There are all types of water sports available.
Golf
There are 2 golf courses within 20 minutes drive from the villa. One is at Peralada and the the second one is on the otherside of Figueres.
Travel
The French border is 25 minutes drive away. The nearest airport is Girona which is 35 minutes drive away and Barcelona airport is under 2 hours drive away!
Distances
You are under 30 minutes drive from the Pyrenees montains.
Under 20 minutes drive from Figueres where the world famous Salavdor Dali museum is. The town of Roses is a 10 minute drive away.
Further details
A 10 minute walk away or 3 minutes by car is the main street of Empuribrava where there are all the shops, bars, restaurants etc.

A depsoit of 33% is required on making a booking and the balance due 6 weeks before arrival. A refundable deposit of Euros 700 will be required.
