This a lovely 3 bed / 2 bath semi-detached villa on the prestigious Altos De La Laguna, Quesada urbanisation, with private community pool and toddler pool set in garden area. Ideal retreat, yet central for all amenities & beaches. Furnished to a very high standard offering all comforts. There is DVD and TV, heating by radiators, and cooling by fans. Upstairs: 1 double bedroom with high ceiling and patio doors to solarium and separate balcony. Separate bathroom with shower. Downstairs: 1 double and 1 twin bedrooms, large lounge/ dining room with quality furniture, separate fully equipped kitchen, utility room with separate access to gardens. Bathroom with bath & shower. Outside: Private front & rear gardens, terrace, tiled drive, inc. garden furniture, parasol, sun lounger’s and BBQ. Supermarket, bakery, restaurants and bars in near vicinity and Quesada village 5 min drive for more including the Aqua Park, Country Club and La Marquesa Golf Club.

Changeover day
Changeover day is flexible subject to other guest bookings. Saturday changeover is preferred during July and August. Normal arrival time is ~3.00pm and departure time ~ 12.00 noon. Early and late arrival/departure times can be arranged.

Bathrooms: Bathroom Upstairs - toilet, shower enclosure, sink.
Bathroom Downstairs - toilet, bath with shower, sink. Bathrooms are fully finished with colour co-ordinated tiling. Quality fittings throughout. Mirrors with lights above both sinks.
Kitchen: Fully fitted kitchen with quality cupboards and grey granite worktops. Cutlery, crockery, glasses, tea towels. Fridge/freezer, oven, hob, extractor fan. Microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, liquidiser, iron, ironing board.
Utility Room: Washing machine, iron, ironing board, buckets & brushes, clothes drying rack, hot water storage tank. Door from kitchen.
Living Rooms: Large lounge/dining room with 2 settees, chairs, dining table and chairs seating 6. Large lounge unit. TV, DVD, CD Player. Standard and side lamps, oil filled radiators and cooling fan.

Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service:
Linen and towels are provided and changed weekly. The property is cleaned before and after each rental. (Beach towels and towels for use in the pool area are not provided.)

 

Notes on accommodation
The property is excellent for children and families. Radiators and cooling fans make the property suitable for all year use. There are a number of permanent English residents in adjacent properties and many all year round social activities in nearby Country Club and local towns. Smoking is permitted only in the garden and outside areas. An comprehensive information folder is provided.

Accessibility
Wheelchair access to the front drive & garden is good with no steps. Front access to the property is easy with only 2 low steps for access from front drive. The ground floor lounge, dining area and kitchen is wheelchair accessible. There are 2 downstairs bedrooms and a bathroom with no steps but accessed by normal width doors. Wheelchair access to these is restricted.

Outside
Front and rear gardens are enclosed by low walls and with attractive gravel & plants. Private front drive for parking & easy loading etc. Easy additional parking on the road in front of the villa. Easy access to the nearby private communal pool & garden area (about 30 yards away)is via rear garden gate. BBQ is provided.

Coast/Beach
The nearest beaches are a 10 minute drive. The Costa Guardamar/Torrevieja has some of the best blue flag beaches in Europe. Guardamar beach is outstanding with miles of sand and pine covered dunes. Others are active beaches with a full range of water sports, activities & services whilst others are secluded rocky and sandy coves.

Golf
There are 4 main golf courses in the area. The house is 1 Km from La Marquesa golf course. Villa Martin, La Finca, Las Ramblos & Campoamar are all of international standard. Green fees range from £25 to £50 depending on the time of day/year, discounts operate with several agents. The villa ideally sleeps 6, but help can be given with larger parties with other properties nearby. Because of the climate and the long evenings the area is ideal for golf enthusiasts of all standards.

Travel
Alicante airport is 25 minutes away and Murcia airport is 35 minutes away. Car hire is recommended to fully appreciate the area although not essential as local buses pass near the property.

Distances
There is bar, restaurant, supermarket in Bravo Hills and a Country/Bowling Club that are within close distance. 'Old Town Quesada' has a well developed and buzzing 'high street' providing all the facilities that you would expect, (15 mins walking distance). An Aqua Park is 10 minutes walk away. La Marquesa Golf Club is 1 mile away.

Further details
Ciudad Quesada is on Spain's Costa Blanca close to
Torrevieja, Guadamar del Segura and Rojales. There is a luxury Spa hotel 10 mins away, which is well worth a day visit for a pamper. Benidorm is approx 50 mins and has the famous theme park 'Terra Mitica' which is excellent.
The towns of Alicante, Elche, Murcia, La Manga, Cartengena are all easily accessible by car and well worth visits for Spanish experience.

Booking notes
A 25% non-refundable deposit is payable to secure the booking and the balance is payable 8 weeks before arrival date. A returnable security deposit of 150 euros against damage, loss of keys etc. is payable on arrival at the property. 60 euros local cleaning/management charge is payable on arrival. This covers meet & greet service at villa, towels, cleaning and handover of keys.
