The villa is entirely no smoking. Outside is not a problem. If this is not observed then the excessive additional cleaning is funded by the security deposit.

We are a retired couple who love the climate of southern Spain and spend the majority of the cold UK winter months staying at the Villa.

Why the owner chose a home in this location
We purchased the land and built after going through all the required permissions. The area is set well away from the hustle and bustle of the coast and is extremely quiet and tranquil. It is a naturally beautiful area and the local Spanish are very warm and friendly.
