As the owner of the apartment uses a wheelchair the apartment has been adapted to be wheelchair friendly, ramped to front door, ramped out of lounge to terrace. En-suite has hand rails in walk in shower, a wheeled showerchair is available on request. Handrails by toilet and bidet. All doors have been widened with exception of Bedroom 2 and utility room. The complex is ramped to all areas.
Outside
Landscaped communal gardens, shared pools with childrens pool with sun loungers. There is also a fully equipped air conditioned gym. The apartment has its own large covered terrace and beautiful sea views with table and chairs, sun loungers and health grill for use outside.

Torrequebrada Golf Club and Driving Range less than 2 minutes drive away, Valderama approx 1 hours drive. 56 golf courses within easy access.
Skiing
Skiing during winter months in the Sierra Nevada Mountians, approx 2 hours drive.
