Outside
Two terraces: one on the ground floor including large teak table and six reclainer chairs, parasol/umbrella and BBQ. Second terrace outside the twin bedroom has a spectacular view over the golf course, mountains and swimming pool.
Sunbeds are provided by the community free of charge.

Coast/Beach
The sandy beaches of San Pedro de Alcantara are only 5 minutes drive from our community along with plenty of chiringuitos (beach bars) and restaurants where you can enjoy fresh fish accompanied by tinto de verano or, if you prefer...a jar of Sangria!

Golf
The apartment is in a very favourable position overlooking La Quinta Golf Course and it is one minute walk from it. La Quinta maintains three golf courses which bring variety to your golfing experience.

Skiing
Within 2 hours drive you can reach the ski slopes of the Sierra Nevada. The ski season is from mid-December to late April and if desired, you can go skiing in the morning and be back in the evening.

Travel
Both Malaga and Gilbratar airport can be easily reached within 40 minutes drive along the new motorway.

Distances
San Pedro de Alcantara is the nearest traditional spanish town which is less than a 5 minute drive from our apartment. It has many restaurants and bars and a beautiful beach promenade.
Puerto Banus is only a 6 minute drive.
Marbella is 10 minutes drive.
The beautiful Alhambra Palaca in Granada is less than 2 hour drive from the apartment and it is well worth a visit.

Further details
San Pedro is a beautiful Spanish town with all of the usual amenities. It has great supermarkets, banks, chemists, shops, seafront restaurants and bars.
It has lovely, wide beaches with Palm trees and a tastefully designed promenade.
The colourful local market is every Thursday!
The prestigeous El Cortes Ingles shopping centre is located in Puerto Banus and is about 7 minutess drive.
Marina de Banus shopping centre is just opposite El Cortes Ingles.

Booking notes
A deposit of 30% secures your reservation.
Balance to be paid 8 weeks prior to your arrival.
Bookings preferably from Saturday to Saturday.
A fully refundable deposit of £300 is requested on the day of arrival. This will be returned on the day of the departure after the inspection.
