Two championship golf courses, Panoramica and Mediterraneo, are only a 40 mins drive. The historic town of Peniscola is only 30 mins away, and the vibrant city of Valencia only one hour's drive.

Notes on prices
Prices are for the property per week in pounds sterling. A £75.00 supplement is payable for Easter, Christmas and New Year.
Long lets over the winter available - please ask for prices.
Changeover day
Saturday to Saturday preferred in high season, although this is flexible outside the summer months. Arrival after 3pm and departure by 10.30am, but may be negotiable.

The living room/dining area adjoins the patio and overlooks the sun terrace. It has: 2 sofas, coffee table, Satellite TV (Freeview), DVD/video, CD player, ceiling fan, air conditioning and heating, table and 4 chairs. |

Linen and towels are provided and changed on a weekly basis (not for beach use please). A welcome pack of essential items is provided on arrival. |
Notes on accommodation
The multi-function air conditioning units include heating. There is dedicated parking for one car next to the apartment. No smoking inside the apartment. No pets.

Outside
The patio has a ceiling fan, light, table and 4 chairs. There are three steps down to the terrace which attracts the sun all day. Sun loungers are provided.
Coast/Beach
Alcossebre boasts several blue flag beaches within either walking distance or a short drive.
Golf
There are 2 championship golf courses, Panoramica and Mediterraneo, both 40 mins drive. El Saler (Valencia) is easily reached down the motorway about 1 hour 15 mins.
Travel
Valencia 1 hour. Reus 1 hour 15 mins. Barcelona 2 hours. Flights are from a number of UK airports with a range of carriers.
Distances
The historic town of Peniscola, with the walled old town and cobbled streets is 20 mins north. Benicarlo, 5 mins further has a daily fish and vegetable market. The regional town of Castellon, with shopping and restaurants is 20 mins south. The nearby local town of Alcala has a lively weekly street market. The medieval fortress town of Morella is 20 mins inland is a must to visit.
Further details
Alcossebre has an extensive range of shops, supermarkets and restaurants. Alcossebre's own street market is on Tuesday each week during the summer.
Booking notes
A 20% non refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. The balance is payable 6 weeks before arrival, together with a £100 security deposit to cover any damages, which will be returned 14 days after return.
