Changeover day
Change over days are flexible, Arrival is usually 2pm but we try to have the property ready before this, and departure is 10am, if it is possible to stay later this will be arranged with the local agent during your stay.

The apartment is all electric. The air conditioning provides heating and cooling. Electricity and water included in tariff. Due to the access stairs this property is not suitable for people who may have problems with mobility. The apartment is let to non-smokers only. We do not accept any pets.

Coast/Beach
10 miles of sandy beach with rocky outcrops, is 300m/3 mins walk. Has EEC flag for cleanliness besides which are bars, restaurants and shops. Beaches vary from unspoilt to commercial.
Travel
Almeria airport is 90km (55 miles) 40 mins drive. Alicante airport is 216km (135 miles) a 2 hour drive. Murcia airport 1hr 30min drive. Hire cars can be collected and returned to the airport. Car recommended for airport transfer, frequent buses run locally. Alternatively we can arrange for transport to and from the airport, price on application. This will be paid locally directly to the driver.
Distances
Mojacar Pueblo 6km - Moorish hill top town with many arts, crafts and markets. Garrucha 3km - Big game fishing and market on Fridays. Cabo de Gato Natural Park 30km.
Further details
Parque Comercial shopping centre 1km, including banks, shops and restaurants. Local shops and restaurants a few mins walk from apartment. Water Park at Vera.
Booking notes
Initial enquiry through owners, local agent sends booking form to be completed and returned, 20% deposit on booking, balance due 6 weeks before arrival. All guests are met by local agent and shown to the property upon arrival in Mojacar. These details are sent at the time of confirmation of booking.
