A new villa with sea views and EU blue flag beach 5 minutes walk away, with 2 bars that do food. 10 minutes away is another beach with diving school, windsurfing and sailing school with restaurant and bar. All rooms have tea/coffee making facilities, ceiling fans, heating, safe, mini fridge and hairdryer. A full breakfast is included in the price. It is in La Fustera which is between Calpe and Moraira. Guests have own breakfast room with lounge area with TV, DVD player books and games. The villa is registered with the local town hall and all health and safety standards met. Please check our availability chart as we are booked most of summer 2008.

All linen is provided,but we do ask you to bring your own beach towels. All rooms are non smoking.
Outside
Outside there are a number of patios, pool and covered area plenty of loungers and seating also guests have use of BBQ.
Coast/Beach
10 minutes drive away is Calpe 15 minutes the other way is Moraira. A Chinese and Indian restaurant are within walking distance, as is a supermarket. There are plenty of excellent restaurants around including ones with Michelin stars.
Golf
Golf course 10 mins away.
Travel
The nearest aiport is Alicante just over 1 hour away, Valencia is about 1 hour 20 minutes. We recommend car hire but we do operate an airport pick up service.
Further details
There is plenty to do and see golf, diving, walking etc, also a number of blue flag beaches a short distance away. The theme park Terra Mitica is about 20 minutes away. If you go inland, the Jalon valley is not far with its bodegas to sample local wines, also Guadelest is well worth a visit with its spectacular views. We open 1st April 2006 and are open most of the year. It makes an ideal place as a base, if you are looking to buy your own property or just want to chill out.
