Our home has many extras and stands out from the rest with its modern designer interior. The views across the mountain, sea and beautiful countryside are exceptional.

Changeover day
During peak holiday times we except Saturday to Saturday bookings only. At other times of year we are able to be flexible. Check in after 4pm. Guests are asked to vacate all but 1 inside area by 9.00am, depart outside area -1.00pm on the day of departure.

Cleaning charges are included for the end of your stay. Mid stay cleans are available at 200 euros. All linen is provided. We ask you to provide your own beach/pool towels. |

Accessibility
There are a number of steps inside and outside of the villa, which may make it unsuitable for guests with mobility problems.
Car hire is advisable to fully enjoy the area.
Outside
Stunning private pool and beautiful gardens and orchard, where guests are free to pick their own fruit. There is a covered outside area for alfresco dining. The beautiful gardens and terraces are landscaped to provide a delightful sensory experience and the water feature is both soothing and relaxing. The roof terrace provides 360º panoramic views and each part of the villa has its own private outside terrace. There is ample outside furniture for dining relaxing or just lazing away the hours in the sun.

There are numerous beautiful beaches from just 10 minutes drive.
Golf
The Costa Blanca is full of world class golf courses. There are many less than 15 minutes drive from the villa, including the brand new Terra Golf (Faula)

Booking notes
We require a £500 deposit and for you to complete a booking form on behalf of your party. Your balance payment is due 10 weeks before the start of your holiday.
