Casa Siso Del Mar is newly refurbished and is situated on the tranquil south coast of Javea (Costa Nova La Marina) with fabulous sea views. Only a 7 minute drive from the Arenal beach and the smaller, local beaches, supermarkets and bar/restaurants. Built on 3 levels: uppermost level consists of spacious lounge with large log-burning fireplace, TV, video and DVD, glazed naya/dining terrace, newly fitted kitchen with all mod cons, double bedroom and shower room. On the lower level, we have a bathroom, three double bedrooms (one Master Bedroom with luxury marble fitted en-suite shower room, walk-in dressing room and its own sun terrace overlooking the pool and the sea). There is also a fantastic separate apartment on the pool level which opens out onto the fabulous 5m x 10m swimming pool. The apartment has its own kitchen, lounge (with 1/2 size pool table and playstation with TV), double bedroom, walk-in wardrobe and bathroom.

The villa is cleaned between lets and weekly linen change and refresher clean. Linen & Hand & bath towels provided but NOT swimming towels. |
Outside
The property enjoys a privileged, private hillside location. It is south-facing with spectacular views of the sea and coastline. Garden furniture is provided by the pool, including sunloungers, large cherry wood dining table (with space to seat 10) with parasol and chairs and of course lets not forget the very large 10x5 pool with roman steps and underwater lights. There is a private car port which has electric gates.
Coast/Beach
The property is less than 10 minutes drive to the beautiful Granadella beach and also to the main beach in Javea (Arenal).
Golf
The villa is 15 minutes drive away from the local golf course and the famous La Sella Golf Course at the Marriott Hotel is another 5-10 minutes further.
Travel
Casa Siso Del Mar is approximately 90 km from Alicante & Valencia airports.
Distances
Javea old town and port are just a few minutes further on. There are local supermarkets, tennis courts a beautiful costal walks minutes away.
Further details
There are many attractions in the area: Terra Mitica Theme Park, Water Parks, the wonderful Waterfall park in Callosa, the picturesque mountain village of Guadalest (a must visit!), not to mention the local golf courses, tennis, mini-golf, goKarting.. the list goes on and on!

A 30% deposit payable on booking (non-refundable)
A further £250 refundable damage deposit which will be returned on receipt of the keys and satisfactory inventory.
The balance is payable 8 weeks before arrival date.
