Outside
The pool is very large and the setting is coming out from the front of the villa, barbeque area equipped with large table and chairs. Rest area equipped with garden sofas and table and a very large sun shade umbrella. The mature garden surrounds the villa and pool equipped with sun lounges.
Coast/Beach
The beach is 30-35 minutes walk from the Villa. Fuengirola beach is real sandy and has sun lounges, restaurant/bar service. If you like walking you can walk along the beach right through to Carbajal which is a nice 30-40 minute walk. The beach is always kept clean and has life gaurds throughout. If you like boats you will see beautiful yachts and boats passing up and down the coast also docked in Fuengirola port.
Golf
The local golf courses are Mijas Golf and has a driving range 10 minutes drive or Miraflores and has a driving range 15 minutes drive. There are other several golf courses on the Costa Del Sol the choice is enormous.
Skiing
The nearest ski resort is the Sierra Nevada one and a half hour drive. The Sierra Nevada has a spectacular setting and caters for adults and children. A fantastic day out.
Travel
Malaga airport is 20 minutes drive. The villa is central to all facilities but if you intend to site see it is recommended that you hire a car. The villa has parking. if you are not into walking I recommend you hire a car. There are numerous car hire desks at Malaga airport.
Distances
Fuengirola 30 minutes walk, 5 minutes drive. For children there is aqua-park 5 mins drive, go-cart track 5 mins drive. Selwo animal wild life 45 mins drive, scuba diving in Fuengirola port. Beautiful restaurants within 5 mins proximity to the villa, Supermarket 7 mins walk to the villa. Should you want to see Marbella and Puerta Banus they are 20 mins drive. There is a regular bus service and taxi's are cheap enough to get you home at night time should you venture to town.
Further details
There are fabulous bars/restaurants and supermarket local to the villa. Fuengirola has all types of shops, bars and restaurants and banks.
