This is a brand new apartment is in a exclusive residential area with good services and high standards in construction and urban planning. It´s not right in the center of town, it´s 1 km away from the center of town what makes it quiet and has very easy access with private parking. To the nearest beach there are 500 mts, about 10 minute walk. There is a beautiful private community area with a garden and a pool.

Changeover day
The client must call the owner to confirm arrival time and flight information. Check in is betwwn 4.00 and 6.00 pm and check out between 8.00 and 10.00 am on your final day. Arrival time out of normal business hours 9am-9pm will incure charge 30€.

Coast/Beach
Sitges is right by the sea so there are beaches all along the coast line. The nearest beach is 10 minutes by foot. Most of the beaches have nice small food stalls "chiringuitos" where they serve good local food and drinks. Hamocks and parasols are also rented.
In some places you can literally have lunch lying down on the sun.
Skiing
Golf courses 1km away.
Special interest holidays
Horse riding and golf classes can be taken.
Travel
The nearest airport is "El Prat", the airport in Barcelona, which is 20 km away from Sitges. By car or taxi it takes around 25 min. to get to town. By train there is a stop for the train of cercanias. At the airport, you have to change trains at El Prat de Llobregat. And from El Prat to Sitges there is a train every 30 minutes untill 23.40 pm. The cost for both trains is of 4,60 €.

The list of things to do in this historical town is endless. It's well known for it's special micro-climate, "summer" lasts here longer than in any other place of Cataluña. It's known for it's carnival and it's night life and famous gay life. You can stroll around the historical town around the restaurants, cafes and shops. You can also practice a lot of sports: sailing, windsurfing, swimming, biking, rollerblading.
Booking notes
To guarantee a reservation with your desired dates a deposit of 50% of the total rental amount is required by bank transfer. The other 50% will be given to the owner in cash at check in. An additional 50% of the total amount is needed as a security deposit to cover any stollen or broken property.

It's a beautiful and spacious apartment, we were very comfortable.
It's easy to move around from here.
The pool and garden area is quiet and nice to take a brake from a beach day.
