In a select area of residential roads named after Spanish artists, these apartments follow the artistic theme with each named after a famous Spanish painter. Choose from some of the greatest artists – Dalí; Picasso; Gris; Sorolla; Ortega and Miró. The area is the most desirable in Benalmadena Costa and the apartments are just two minutes walk to the beach, which is quite literally, just at the end of the road, and, in a slightly different location, also just two minutes walk to Puerto Marina. If you like to stroll in the daytime or evenings, this is a great place to be! Los Pintores has all that you need for your holiday. There are six apartments all next to each other and all with different layouts.

Outside
Each apartment has patio furniture and there are sunbeds on site. There are 2 large brick contructed BBQs for use between 6 apartments.
Coast/Beach
One of the main attractions of Benalmadena Costa is Puerto Marina. An ideal location would be to find is just a few minutes walk away from the marina so that you can enjoy it without having the noise and bustle when you don't want it. For family holidays there is the Sea Life Centre and often there are also huge trampolines which are great fun for children!
The local beach, just 2 minutes walk, is sandy and slopes gentle to the sea.
Golf
There are over 50 golf courses along the Costa del Sol. A few of the nearest to Los Pintores Apartments would be Benalmadena Golf, Torrequebrada Golf, Mijas Golf, Valderrama Golf Club, La Cala, La Reserva de Sotogrande - the list is long!
This area of the Costa del Sol is rightly often called the 'Costa del Golf' !
The area is also a perfect location to bring the family. Whilst the golfers are away, there is plenty to keep the family occupied!

Skiing
Benalmadena Costa is ideally situated for those wanting a winter break of sunshine, beach but also a trip to the ski slopes of the Sierra Nevada. The Sierra Nevada is only about and hour and a half away by car and the skiing is fantastic. Enjoy a day of sunshine on the beach and the next day on the ski slopes!
Travel
Los Pintores is an easy drive from Malaga Costa Del Sol Airport also known as Pablo Ruiz Picasso Airport. I can arrange airport transfers. Car rental is not necessary though at this location but can be arranged if requested.
Distances
You will be in an ideal location to visit the Alhambra in Granada and beautiful local towns such as Mijas, Ronda. Don't miss a visit to Malaga to visit the Picasso Museum, sample tapas and Malaga dulce vino!
Within an easy walking distance are local shops, restaurants and many tourist facilities. Visit Sea Life Centre in Benalmadena, Selwo Marina, Tivoli World and an easy trip to Torremolinos for the Aqua Park and Crocodile Park.
Further details
Benalmadena Costa is an ideal location for a variety of entertainment. You will easily be able to visit historic sites such as the Alambra in Granada and the town of Ronda. You can visit the very typical and attractive village of Mijas or go to Gibralter for the day. If you don't have a car, don't worry! Coach trips are easily available locally.
In the more immediate local area you can visit the local Aquapark and Crocodile Park at Torremolinos, Selwo Marina in Benalmadena, Sea Life Centre on the Puerto Marina and Tivoli World Amusement Park in Arroyo de la Miel.
Local markets are interesting and there is a cable car to take you into the mountains. Shops, restaurants, bars and beach are all within easy walking distance.
The promenade connects up the Castillo de Bil Bil right along to Torremolinos, passing through Puerto Marina and La Carihuela. There are some excellent local bars and chringuitos to stop at whilst you stroll along enjoying the sunshine and wonderful sea views!

I have been travelling to Spain regularly since 1980, when I first started renting property for holidays. I now live here in Spain. I have an excellent team working for me at the villas and apartment - some have been with me since 1980!

Why the owner chose an apartment in this location
Apts Monaco was bought originally by my Mum and for years we spent our holidays here. She still comes over twice a year. It is so close to the marina and beach. There is always something to do!
