Apartamentos Monaco is a white washed, red roofed, two-story apartment building. It is situated in a road that leads down to the large sandy beach next to the bustling yacht Marina of Benalmadena Costa which is just a few minutes walk away. If you like to stroll in the daytime or evenings, this is a great place to be. There is always something to see either on the promenade or in the Marina! The beach is at the end of the road – just a few minutes walk! The apartments all vary in size and layout, and can happily accommodate the single traveller or larger groups. They all face south and so are sunny all or part of the day and are either on the ground or first floor.

All apartments have sofa bed in lounge. Additional occupancy rate of £15pppw. Winter rates valid for max of 12 weeks based on 2 people sharing. Availability calendar will not show availability for all apartments. Please ask.

We have 2 x 1 bedroom apartments. The first floor apartment has a double bed, small lounge with a sofabed, balcony, kitchen and bathroom. The ground floor apartment has twin beds, a large lounge with sofabed, terrace, kitchen and bathroom.

 

Check availability Two Bedroom Apartment (Sleeps 5)
There are 3 x 2 bedroom apartments. Two are first floor with either 2 x twin bedrooms, or 1 x twin and 1 x single (single bedroom is very small). Both apartments of course have kitchen, bathroom, lounge with sofa bed and balcony! The larger apartment has a large balcony with sea views.
The ground floor 2 bedroom apartment has 2 x twin bedrooms, sofa bed in the lounge, kitchen, bathroom and private terrace.

 

Check availability Three Bedroom Apartment (Sleeps 6)
The 3 bedroom apartment has 1 x double bedroom, 1 x twin bedroom and 1 x single bedroom. Also of course, kitchen, bathroom, shower-room, lounge with a sofa bed and a terrace.

 

Notes on accommodation
Heating is provided in the winter months. There are ceiling fans in each apartment.

Coast/Beach
The sandy beach is just a couple of minutes walk away - our road ends at the beach.

Golf
Within a very close distance is the wide range of golf clubs on the Costa and we can help with your arrangements if you like. There are excellent courses within easy driving distance - if you are a party of all golfers or family coming along too, this is a good place to be!

Further details
Entertainment for the family ranges from historic sites such as Granada and Rhonda or the local activities such as the Aquapark, Marine Centre and Tivoli World Amusement Park. At the Marina there are dolphin trips and a Sea Life Centre. Local markets are interesting and there is a cable car to take you into the mountains. Shops, restaurants, bars and beach are all within easy walking distance.

I have been travelling to Spain regularly since 1980 when I first started renting property for holidays. I now live here in Spain. I have an excellent team working for me at the villas and apartment - some have been with me since 1980!

Why the owner chose an apartment in this location
Apts Monaco was bought originally by my Mum and for years we spent our holidays here. She still comes over twice a year.
