Bathrooms: All 9 are en suite, 4 with jacuzzi, 2 with bath, 3 with shower.
Kitchen: Spacious fully equipped kitchen with 2 fridges, freezer dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso etc. Really large dining room.
Utility Room: 2 Utility rooms, each with washing machines, dryers, iron etc.
Living Rooms: Enormous lounge with sofas and chairs and bar. Bang & Olufsen TV, DVD, Satellite. Games room with pool table. Library and office with WIFI internet connection.
Other: Ground floor covered terrace provides plenty room for relaxing and snacking "al fresco".
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service: 		A cleaner is available as is a gardener. All linen and towels are included and changed regularly.Towels and washing machine/drier at poolside.

The quiet beaches of Villanova are 5 minutes away. Or if preferred, the busy bustling beaches of Sitges are 15 minutes distant. All the usual beach sports and games are available, eg Water Skiing, Volley ball.

Full course in Sitges, 15 mins.
Excellent Par 3 course with seaviews 5 mins.

Skiing
Just 2 hours to the Spanish Pyrenees and Andorra.

Booking notes
To reserve a booking a 30% non-refunable deposit is required and the balnace 6 weeks prior to commencement date. A 1000 euro deposit is also required to cover any damages. This is returnable at the end of the holiday.
