| Kitchen: | Fully fitted kitchen - hob, oven, fridge, freezer, microwave, grill. All cutlery and crockery provided. |
| Living Rooms: | TV (English channels), video, DVD. Overlooking pool and open countryside. |
| Other: | Games room (approx 4m x 12m) with pool table, table tennis, darts etc. With a fabulous view this is also a perfect area for escaping from the sun during the mid afternoon heat. |

Towels and linen are included. Washing machine and drying area provided. Maid service if required. |
Notes on accommodation
No smoking inside the villa. Please use ashtrays provided if smoking outside. Please vacate the villa by 10am on the morning of departure. Please do not plan to arrive at the villa before 1pm on the 1st day of your holiday. This allows time for the villa to be cleaned in the event of previous guests leaving on that morning.

Private pool for residents only (9m x 5m).
Barbeque by poolside.
Amply patio furnature, sun loungers and parasols.
Coast/Beach
The coast can be accessed within 1h by car. There are several beaches and resorts to choose from including quiet coastal resorts or more lively areas like Malaga/Torremolinos.
Skiing
Approx 1hr drive to Sierra Nevada ski resorts. These areas are also fantastic for walking during the summer months.
Travel
Granada Airport approx 25min.
Malaga Airport approx 1h 15min.
Car hire is essential.
Distances
Granada approx 28km (large city good for shopping and culture).
Puerto Lope (nearest village) approx 3km (small supermarket, banks, pharmacy and english speaking doctor).
Small towns in all directions within a short drive.
Further details
Granada boasts many tourist attractions such as the historic Alhambra (highly recommended for those interested in spanish culture) and the local bull fighting ring which still hosts live events.
Granada also has amenities such as banks and internet cafes.
It is possible to take the train from Granada to the coast.
Most restaurants and bars within the surrounding villages
and towns are very friendly and good value for money.

A 50% deposit is required upon booking.
The remainder of the cost must be paid 6 weeks prior to the commencement of the rental.
Please note: Any cancellations within 8 weeks of commencement of the rental will result in the deposit being non returnable.
