Changeover day
Change over day is flexible. Arrival after 4pm, departure before 12 noon, unless otherwise agreed at the time of booking. Late departures agreed will incur an extra charge of £20.

Notes on accommodation
We provide a home from home in a warmer climate wrapped in Spanish culture. The apartment is fully equipped and we have tried to think of everthing eg. hairdryer, children's games, barbecue, beach equipment, children's floats. The property is fitted with a safe and also alarmed for your secuirty. An agent is on site for your assitance.
Air-condtioning provides cooling/heating for your comfort.
Heaters and blankets provide for the cooler months.
The apartment and local area is flat terrain and suitable for walking and cycling for all ages. This is a non-smoking residence.

Outside
Your private terrace is located within a small walled garden stocked with typical spanish flora. This overlooks the communal pool, jacuzzi, splash pool and gardens. Allowing parents to unwind whilst watching the children enjoy their holiday. For alfresco dining we provide patio table, chairs and BBQ. Sunbeds/chairs for your relaxation and sun worshipping.
Coast/Beach
Within 5 mins drive there is a choice of 6 sandy beaches most are suitable for children (lifeguards). La Zenia and Campoamor beach has a range of water sports, inc. jet skiing, para-sailing and banana boats. Most have amenities and beach bars. For smaller or more secluded beaches head south of Torrevieja, for long wide streches head north where you will find dunes, pine forests and picnic areas. Naturist beach in walking distance.
Golf
You will find 3 championship golf courses within 15 mins drive.
Las Ramblas: Shorter narrower course and likely to test the lower or average handicapper.
Campoamor: A luscious rolling green course which will attract all types of golfer.
Villamartin: Hosted the 1994 Mediterranean Open so the quality of the course speaks for itself.
Other courses available and still within 40 mins drive are:
La Finca: the newest and arguably the best on the Costa Blanca, this is a future Spanish Open and Ryder Cup venue.
La Marquesta: In Ciudad Quesada where nature seems to have provided a ready made site for a Golf Course. Set in the low lying land, the gently rolling slopes lend themselves to facilitate every conceivable variety expected of a fine Golf Course.
La Manga: Has always been synonymous with golf, and with its 3 championship courses and outstanding practice facilities.
Special interest holidays
Great location for golfers, where you can play a differrent course every day. Plenty of Nature reserves for the wildlife and florna lovers. Nearby Naturist beach for the all over tan and Theme parks and karting for the young at heart.
Travel
Alicante Airport is 40 mins drive away with San Javier (Murcia) just 15 mins. There is a local bus service into Torrevieja situated 5 mins walk away. Car hire is recommended to appreciate the area but not essential, however there is a local company who specialise in day trips. Local airport transfers can be arranged payable locally.
Distances
Transfer times from Alicante airport is 45min & Murcia airport 15 mins.The town of Torrevieja is 10 mins drive away. With the beautiful Southern cities of Cartagena and Murcia, and the resort of La Manga a 40 min drive away. To the North, Alicante is a 50 minute drive and the busy resort of Benidorm approx an hour away.
Further details
The Costa Blanca has the reputation of enjoying over 300 days of sunshine a year. If you want to enjoy the relaxing pace of life in the true Spanish style then Punta Prima is the place for you. The Torrevieja region is reputed to have one of the healthiest climates in the world due to its 2 large natural salt lakes. Many people use the mud baths in the lakes in order to alleviate their aches and pains. There are also some natural hot spas in this area. The most popular, Fortuna and Archena, are an hours drive away through orange and lemon groves and picturesque mountains.
The salt lakes/nature reserves are home to many exotic species of birds which include the flamingos.
