This beautiful property sleeps a maximum of 9 guests and comprises of 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, large living area, luxurious fitted kitchen and dining area which both open onto a private courtyard, partially shaded for alfresco dining. Across the courtyard is an extra twin bedded annex bedroom, ideal for teenagers. Located in the quiet, popular area of Tres Calas, the villa is 5 mins drive from both the nearest beach and the town of L'Ametlla la De Mar. With its breathtaking mountain backdrop, the location is ideal for families and couples alike.

Changeover day
Changeover days are Saturdays. The villa will be available from 2pm on day of arrival and must be vacated by 10am on day of departure. Out of season changeover days are flexible.

There is also an outside WC with wash room.
Kitchen: A very well equipped kitchen with electric cooker and hob dishwasher, large fridge/freezer, microwave oven, coffee maker, toaster, etc. Complete crockery and cutlery sets, glasses and table accessories.
Utility Room: Separate utility room with large sink, washing machine, ironing board and iron.
Living Rooms: Large separate living room with sofa, 2 arm chairs, coffee table, sky TV with normal UK channels plus sky sports. Video player (selection of videos) and CD player.
Real log burning fire for winter nights.
Other: Separate dining room with comfortably seats 8 people. The villa has a child's cot and removable stair gate.
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service:
All linen and towels (except beach towels) are included in the price of the villa, plus a small welcome pack. If you require a changeover of linen after 7 days an additional 50 euros is required.

Outside
The villa has a large flat garden perfect for children, with a 10x4 private pool and 6 sun loungers. Large sun terrace overlooking the pool, built-in BBQ and patio set (seating for 8), private court yard and shaded terrace. The villa is extremely secure and has a long drive with parking for 3 cars.

Coast/Beach
The Villa is only 5 mins drive from the nearest beach (Cala Forn), ideally suited for the family, and the area comprises of many sandy beaches and rocky coves which are great for swimming diving and fishing.

Golf
The closest is the Bonmont golf course about 20 mins away. The course has fantastic views of the Mediterranean and mountains. Figuerola Resort pitch and put is 5 mins, both rent clubs. There are two other golf courses in the area.

Special interest holidays
Due to it's close proximity to the mountains the villa is perfectly placed for walking, hiking and mountain bike holidays.

Travel
Reus airport is about 30 mins away (Ryanair). Barcelona airport is about 1 hr 30 mins away. The train station in L'Ametlla de Mar is about 5km away. Use of a car is recommended.

Distances
The villa is 0.5kms from a small shopping centre with a supermarket bakery, bar and restaurant. L'Ametlla de Mar is 5km away. Universal Studio's Port Aventura is 40kms. Reus vibrant city with fantastic shops 40km. Cambrils safe large beach with numerous restaurants 25km.

Further details
The village of L'Amettla de Mar is a small picturesque fishing village. It is a traditional Spanish village that has not been blighted by extensive commercial development. There are an array of shops, supermarkets, café bars, tapas bars and restaurants. L'Amettla de Mar boasts some of the finest sea-food restaurants serving high quality Mediterranean cuisine, accompanied by wonderful locally produced wines.

Booking notes
To book please contact the number provided. A £250 non refundable deposit is required to reserve the villa. The full balance is required 6 wks prior to travel. A £150 damage deposit is required as a separate cheque with final balance. Following a satisfactory inspection of the villa this cheque will be returned to you.
