Set in a 5000m2 of land (over an acre), among olive almonds and fruit trees. Facing south to the lake and the sea. The large private pool is situated just below the house with plenty of room to sunbathe and a shaded terrace. Outside the kitchen there is a covered terrace, ideal for sitting in the evenings and watching the sunsets.

Towels and linen are included. The linen will be changed once a week, towels twice a week. Pool towels are also included.

Outside
The pool is 11x5 mts with a terrace around it, a section of it shaded by a vine. 4 sunbeds. There is a barbecue.

Coast/Beach
30 minutes drive from the coast and the beach of Torre del Mar. A few kms east and west of which, other smaller beaches can be found. There is a naturist beach close by. As well there is a water park 25km away: "aquavelis" highly recomended.

Skiing
1 and a half hours from Sierra Nevada ski resort.

Travel
55 minutes drive to Malaga airport, and just over one hour from Granada airport. It is essential to have a car - available for rental from the airport.

Distances
5 minutes drive to the village of Periana, where you can find shops, church, banks, doctors, bars and restaurants. 40 minutes from the town Nerja and its famous caves. Shopping centre and cinemas 30 minutes away. Granada city and the Alhambra is a must, at only over one hour's drive. A little further but worth it, is Cordoba.

Booking notes
25% paid on booking (non refundable), balance 4 weeks before arrival, plus a 300 Euros deposit against possible damage. This deposit will be returned at the end of stay, providing there is no damages.

About the owner
I live on the property all year around, doing the maintenance jobs and harvesting the olives when they are in season. I do as well translation and interpreting English, Spanish for the Courts and the Police. I'm from Madrid. Lived abroad for many years and settled back in the South of Spain in 2000.
