There is a large communal pool with a grassy surround for sunbathers. Lifts and ramps are available for the disabled. There are many shops bars and restaurants locally and the many quaint bars and restaurants in the old town just a few mins walk away. The accommodation comfortably sleeps 4 people, is fully double glazed and has an above average quality of fixtures and fittings. With a good sized balcony seating 4, 2 twin bedrooms, 1 bathroom en-suite, 1 shower room and toilet, a modern kitchen with fridge/freezer, microwave and washing machine, Sky Freeview TV and DVD player, you will be able to enjoy a really luxurious holiday in this accommodation.

Accessibility
There is lift and ramp access to both 1st floor apartments with just a 2 steps to negotiate along the entrance walkway.

Outside
This frontline apartment enjoys use of a large pool with a grassed sunbathing area and has a magnificent sea view from the balcony. The complex is peaceful and well kept, and is renowned for being the best run complex in Nerja. Ideal for families and couples.

Coast/Beach
The apartment overlooks Torecilla beach. Nerja's many other beaches including the famous Burriana - are within easy walking distance.

Golf
There is a superb golf course (just 10 mins away by car) at Torre Del Mar called Baviera golf. Visit www.bavieragolf.com for more details. It enjoys excellent coastal views, is always in superb condition and has some very challenging holes. You will love playing this course and costs during the summer are around 70 euros for buggy and 2 players, and for the rest of the year around 46 euros per player with a buggy at 30 euros. There are many other great courses in the area making it ideal for golf parties. Baviera 10 mins. Los Mariscos 35 mins. Anoreta 35 mins.

Skiing
Ski slopes of the Sierra Nevada are approximately 1.5 hours from the apartment.

Travel
Car hire: There are many companies with a variety of offerings, often long on promise and short on reality. I have a very good relationship with Goldcar based at the airport. I've tried many others over the years and this company offer the best service and prices by some margin. You'll get a nearly new vehicle at a very competitive price, with all the necessary insurance cover, and with no hidden costs or nasty surprises. Please contact me and I'll send a price list for this season.

Distances
Even though there is plenty to do and see in Nerja and you don't need to leave the town, there are also other places of interest further a field that are easily accessible by car for the more adventurous. For example - Famous caves of Nerja 5 mins, Whitewashed villages of Frigliana and Maro 10 mins. The stunning Lake Vinuela 35 mins, Granada and the Alhambra Palace approx 1 hour, Marbella/Puerta Banus with their posh boutiques and trendy bars 80 mins.

‘Just wanted to let you know what a beautiful apartment you have - the pictures do it justice! We have never stayed in an apartment of such high standard - you have literally thought of everything. When we arrived it was quite late and we were so glad of the tea/coffee/sugar and milk available as we could not find an open shop - so to have them there was a blessing after our journey! We obviously replaced what we used but were amazed that it was there in the first place - a very thoughtful gesture. Charmaine at Invercasa was a very helpful and lovely person to us - we thank her for that. Nerja is a beautiful area and the apartment is in a great place.
