Casa Dulce Carlota is built on 2 levels and is fully air-conditioned. It benefits from beautiful views to the sea and to the adjacent mountains. The villa is set high in Monte Pego in well stocked landscaped gardens with secure parking. Guests will enjoy the private pool situated on the large sun terrace where the traditional built-in BBQ can also be found. The shady porch on the terrace will protect those who sometimes seek refuge from the sun by day and also serves as the perfect outdoor dining area by night. Indoors the villa is well furnished and the kitchen is fully equipped. Monte Pego is a short distance by car from the towns of Pego and Denia and the region has many interesting and beautiful features to explore.

Notes on prices
All prices are per week and are quoted in UK Pounds. Rental periods over 3 weeks are subject to negotiated discounts. Rentals that bridge different charging periods will be charged pro rata by day to the prices noted above.
Changeover day
To allow guests to gain maximum advantage in the cost of their travel arrangements from the UK the changeover day is flexible and subject to negotiation with the owner at the time of reservation.

| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
Towels and linen are included and all beds are made up for arrival. For rentals of 2 weeks and over the villa has a complimentary weekly clean and bed linen change. Beach towels are provided. The pool is cleaned twice a week during the summer months. |
Notes on accommodation
Please note that we have a no smoking policy within the villa although we have no objection to guests smoking on the pool terrace. To ensure maximum enjoyment of the villa during their stay we expect parents to supervise their children at all times when they are in and around the pool area.
Outside
The private pool measures approx 8x4m and has attractive walk down steps into the water. The terrace is 40sqm in area and features a pool shower and built-in BBQ. Sunbeds are provided. The porch has a table and chairs for outdoor eating. At ground level the well stocked landscaped gardens benefit from an automatic watering system and contain a variety of plants. Trees include coco, phoenix and washingtonia palms. There is feature lighting externally and a sitting out area at ground level which has direct access into Bedroom 5. The driveway will accommodate three cars and is entered via a traditional arch feature with a sliding/lockable gate.
Coast/Beach
There are numerous bathing beaches within a short driving distance from the villa. Water sports are available at most and all are safe and clean. The marina at Denia offers sea trips to places of interest along the coast.
Golf
La Sella (Olazabel design) and Oliva Nova (Ballesteros design) are 2 first rate golf courses suited to any golf handicap and both are within 15 mins by car from Monte Pego. There are also many other courses in the Region within reasonable driving distance.
Travel
Monte Pego is situated approx halfway between Valencia and Alicante airports, both of which are about 90km distant. The airports are easily accessible and are 75 mins drive from the villa. Car hire is essential and arrangements can be made for guests at additional cost if requested. The car will be delivered to the airport and directions to the villa will be provided.
Distances
Pego and El Verger are the nearest towns where there are choices of supermarkets and banks. Both are within ten minutes by car. Denia is the largest town in the area and can be reached by car in 15 mins.
Further details
Monte Pego is well served with 3 restaurants and bars, the Bellavista being within a short walking distance from the villa. The Restaurant Monte Pego has entertainment and a BBQ each Friday night during July and August which is not to be missed. All inclusive tickets should be purchased in advance at the restaurant to avoid disappointment. There is a bank with an ATM as you enter the urbanisation. The areas surrounding Monte Pego satisfy a wide variety of interests and also provide a superb choice of restaurants to suit all budgets. Visits to the historic towns of Denia and Pego are recommended if you enjoy exploring. Each has street markets and an abundance of open air cafes and restaurants. The Costa Blanca Safari Park is situated a short distance from Monte Pego and for the more adventurous guests a trip further afield will bring you to leisure and water parks within 45 mins.
Booking notes
Initially by telephone or e-mail. Details as below. A non-refundable deposit of 40% of the overall rental cost will be required at the time of booking with the balance to be paid not less than 8 weeks before occupation. A refundable security deposit of £300 will be required at the time of settling the balance of the rental cost.
