The villa is a 3 bedroom would sleep 6 people, currently 1 bathroom, separate kitchen and lounge area. There is a large terrace providing an outstanding panoramic view of the countryside and Cocentaina.

It has a large private pool 8m x 4m with shallow end, 2 barbeque areas and 6000m2 land with olive groves, along with lemon and orange trees. Pool chairs are supplied along with Naya furniture.
Coast/Beach
Around 45 minutes away from the coast of Gandia. Benidorm 60 mins.
Travel
60 km from Alicante and 90 km from Valencia. Car essential, pickups from airport available if required.

Booking notes
A 10% deposit is required with the booking and full balance becomes due 8 weeks before departure. A further £100 or 140 Euros is required at the beginning of the holiday and is refundable before departure if there are no breakages. Emergency call out are free of charge, Non-essential call outs may be charged by the local manager. You can pay by credit card or debit card if you have a PayPal account.
