Notes on accommodation
Property is fully air-conditioned. This a 3 bedroom villa, and the owners private suite of very large bedroom, balcony and bathroom can be available to make accommodation for 6/7 people. The house is for the sole occupancy of visitors during their booking period.
Children under eight years old not accepted.
Accessibility
Property not suitable for wheelchair access.
Outside
Gardens, patios, barbecue area. Private pool, is 8 x 4m and has a tiled area of 2.5m surrounding the pool. Sun loungers with cushions. There is also a shower by the pool to rinse of sun lotion before swimming.
Coast/Beach
The longest beach on the Costa del Sol is a 20 mins drive away in Torre del Mar, this beach has many fresh fish restaurants.
Golf
Baviera Golf course and Anoretta golf course are both 20 mins away with the rest of the courses on the Costa del Sol within easy reach.
Skiing
Skiing only 2 hours away on the Sierra Nevadas near Granada.
Special interest holidays
This is an ideal location to discover rural Spain, with well marked mountain walks of various difficulty and duration.
Travel
Malaga airport is 45 mins by car. Use of a car is essential.
Granada is about 1 hour and 45 minutes distance.

3km to Benamargosa, 12km to nearest beach at Torre del Mar.
Cutar is 2km, and Velez-Malaga 10km.
