Changeover day
From mid June to end of August changeover is only on a Saturday to Saturday. Time of departure is 10am and arrival at 4pm unless agreed before hand.
Accommodation
| Bedrooms: | Bedroom 1 with double bed. Bedroom 2 and 3 with twin beds. A camp bed can be provided upon request for use in the living room. |
| Bathrooms: | They are 2 modern bathrooms. Bathroom 1 with bathtub/shower. Bathroom 2 with shower only. |
| Kitchen: | The kitchen is very modern and consists of fridge/freezer, oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine etc. |
| Living Rooms: | The living room has sofa and chairs with TV and hi-fi. |

Bed linen and towels can be rented on request. A one off charge will be made for cleaning upon departure. If you require a cleaning service then please request it when making a booking. |
Notes on accommodation
The apartment comes with balcony including table and chairs. The apartment is on the 1st floor there is a lift from the ground floor to the first floor. There is an underground car park for the sole use of one car. Although it does not have air conditioning it is not needed as you are right on the beach so you have light winds from the sea.

Outside
There is a community swimming pool and gardens for the sole use only of the residents.
Coast/Beach
The beach is just across the road from the apartment and is very safe for children. Here in Empuribrava you have all the water sports available plus diving etc. There is also a small airport for ski diving. Also go-karting, tennis courts and mini-golf.
Golf
There is 2 golf course within a 25 minute drive of Empuribrava. One in Peralda and the other near the town of Figueres.
Skiing
The apartment is under 2 hours drive from Capradon (Spanish skiing resort) and under 4 hours drive from Andorra.
Travel
The town of Empuribrava (Bay of Roses) is just 35 mins from the French border. The airport of Girona is 40 mins drive away and Barcelona is under 2 hours by car. The town of Roses is 10 mins drive away and the town of Figueres (Salvador Dali museum) is 20 mins away.

Further details
Less than 5 mins away are all the supermarkets, shops and bars. In the town are some wonderful restaurants plus a map is provided with details and directions to restaurants around the area. They are a number of disco’s also in the town.
