This first floor apartment, is set in landscaped terraced gardens with swimming pool and car parking. Separate fully equipped American style kitchen. Both bedrooms have built-in wardrobes, plenty of draw space and the bathroom also has a shower over the bath. The spacious lounge/diner leads onto a balcony, with patio furniture, there are lovely views of the Mediterranean sea, mountains and golf course. Shopping is made easy with supermarket, paper shop, restaurants, bars etc to be found just 500m from the apartment and nearby, in La Cala, there is a friendly local market that is held twice a week for those special holiday purchases! A few mins walk from the apartment is the Aztec Tennis Club – the facilities include, floodlit tennis courts, fully equipped fitness gym, swimming pool, crazy golf, pool table, bar, 2 restaurants, internet café, hairdressers and a sports bar with big screen TV that shows all the big sporting events as they happen. These prices are for the apartment per week not per person in UK pounds. During November - March we can offer discounts for stays of 4 weeks and longer. We do have a second identical apartment at this complex - ideal for 2 families wishing to holiday together.
Changeover day
At this apartment we can be very flexible - we just have to take other bookings into account. We can also accommodate arrivals anytime of the day or night.

The apartment is prepared ready for your arrival with fresh linen and towels put out for your use. Please bring your own beach towels. For stays of more than 8 nights a mid-holiday or weekly linen and towel change is included in the rental price. |
Notes on accommodation
Heating is provided for the chilly evenings as are fans for the hot ones! We can also hire in cots and highchairs if required.

Outside
There is a table and 4 chairs on the balcony and around the pool there are terraced areas, both paved and grassed for sunbathing. The complex only has 25 units so the pool is rarely crowded and is a good size.
Coast/Beach
Apart from the beautiful beach at Riviera there are numerous fine sandy beaches just a short drive away and any activity you could think of is catered for within a reasonable distance - even skiing!.
Golf
The apartment overlooks the Miraflores Golf Course and there are many more to play all with a few minutes drive from the apartment. Just ask for a list.
Travel
The property is in the Urbanisation of Riviera del Sol, a pleasant 30 mins drive from Malaga Airport, a map will be provided. From this apartment beaches, shops and numerous bars and restaurants are all within walking distance for the fit and active although Car Hire is recommended for the property as this stretch of coast is quite hilly.
Distances
Your own transport would also allow you to take full advantage of the many interesting places that there are to visit in this area. Close by is the picturesque Marina of Cabopino where you can have a drink or meal whilst watching the yachts bob up & down. Just a 25 mins drive away is the wonderful white village of Mijas with its superb views, famous donkeys & weekly flamenco show. All that Marbella and Puerto Banus have to offer is only 10 miles away as is Fuengirola in the opposite direction.
Further details
For the family holiday there are are a number of special places to visit - just as a taster... The Mijas Water Park is just a short drive or bus ride away with water activities for all age groups, at Benalmadena there is the Tivoli Amusement Park, Sea World and the Cable Car and along the coast there is the Selwo Animal Adventure Park. There are many more - just ask for some hints and tips.
Booking notes
We ask for a 25% deposit to secure your desired dates and then the balance, payable 8 weeks before the start of your holiday. There are no further charges to pay and the only addition is a £150 security deposit that is repaid to you once the keys and apartment are back with us.
