Set within a private gated development on the prestigious Nuevo Portil Golf Course, in the Huelva Province of Costa de la Luz, this sumptuously specified brand-new, 3 bedroom townhouse offers an exceptional base from which to explore the 'real' Spain. From the breathtaking views of the local countryside, with the rich smell of the surrounding abundance of pines, to the tranquility of the sandy beaches. This is Spain as it should be: unspoilt, peaceful - genuine. This region has some of the best golf courses in Spain along with a wealth of historical ruins, natural beauty and family interests. So whether you're looking to play golf, explore a new area or just relax, the hardest part of your holiday will be deciding which to see or do first. Changeover day
Your accommodation is reserved for you from 2pm on your arrival day. On your day of departure you must vacate the home by 10am. If you have a late departure please let us know and we will do all we can to extend this time for your convenience.

Utility Room: This is a practical area to clean and dry your clothes and a washing machine is provided for your ease and convenience.
Living Rooms: Relaxing environment, with comfy seating for 6 people, surrounding an open fireplace. The lounge is equipped with TV, DVD player, CD player along with a selection of DVD's and CD's. There is also a playstation, with an assortment of games.
Other: There is a south facing patio and overlooking the pool, garden area and golf fairway. The patio is equipped with sun loungers, outdoor dining table and chairs.

Our house has everything you will need to make you feel at home. The beds are comfortable, the lounge areas are generously furnished and the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you would expect to find at home. We provide a variety of entertainment for your relaxation. There is a generous sized TV, along with DVD player and a choice of DVD's. The lounge area and all the bedrooms are equipped with a CD player along with a varied collection of music. There is also a Playstation, with an assortment of games, plus a selection of books and board games. These leisure facilities are all part of the Home from Holmes experience.

Outside
All terraces are south facing and overlooking the communal swimming pool and gardens. There are 6 bicycles at the home as a means to explore the area on the various cycle paths.

Coast/Beach
The region offers an uninterrupted line of beaches which stretches for approximately 120km from the Río Guadiana, on the Portuguese border, to the Río Guadalquivir in the East. For their variety, quality and beautiful natural surroundings, Huelva's beaches - which have been awarded the European Blue Flag for many years - have become one of the most attractive tourist destinations in the south of Spain. The home is only a short distance from many of these beaches, for example Nuevo Portil.

Golf
Home from Holmes provides a golfer's dream environment. The town home is located in the midst of Nuevo Portil Golf Course which covers an area of 46 hectares, completely surrounded by pine trees. Founded in 2002, the exquisite design by Alfonso Vidaor maintains its initial flavour with wide fairways and soft pleasant greens. Here you will need many types of shots to score well, a good test for golfers of all handicaps. While the course's smart technical design is suitable for international championships, golfers of every level will find the course enjoyable. Over the 18 holes of the course you will enjoy the beautiful scenery of the coastline of Huelva Province - never ending dune beaches, ocean vistas, pines and century-old savins. There are plenty of other golf courses in the area: El Rompido, Bellavista, Islantilla, Isla Canela and Dunas de Donana.

Travel
With 2 international airports Seville in Spain and Faro in Portugal within 1½ hour's drive of the home, you can benefit from a choice of operators and flights to meet your needs. Both airports have easy motorway access and you will be provided with a simple map to guide you from your chosen airport to the home. The map details focal points along the route to assist you. Seville Flights to Seville are scheduled with British Airways and can offer you more flexibility in times of flights.

Distances
The home is ideally located to visit lots of wonderful sites within an hour: Seville, Portugal, Donana National Park and Christopher Columbus' ships.

Further details
El Portil is only 15 mins stroll and provides all your daily needs. The pretty fishing village of El Rompido is a couple of miles away with its numerous beach front restaurants which offer superb seafood and affords a totally uncommercialised taste of Spain. Nearby is the newly built marina of El Faro with a selection of shops, cafés and bars. There are plenty of exciting local activities to take part in whilst on holiday at Nuevo Portil. From the adrenalin rush of karting or water sports to the more leisurely horse riding or a day at a health & beauty spa, we have researched them all so you don't have to.

Booking notes
£250 non-refundable deposit required to secure your booking and final payment required 6 weeks prior to arrival. A £200 breakage and damage deposit is also required which will be returned within 2 weeks of your arrival home provided there have been no major damages or breakages.
