Casa Corto is a detached luxury 2 bedroom villa and because it is our home it is decorated to a high standard with matching soft furnishings, an attractive garden with built-in BBQ and two terraces. Enjoy your breakfast in the morning sunshine with views across the orange groves to the Montgo Mountain. Alternatively you can chill out and relax in the shade reading your favourite book. We have a library of reading matter for guests to enjoy, including walking and driving guides and lists of recommended restaurants. For the more actively inclined there is horse riding, tennis, golf and mountain bike hire. There is a small mini market a few minutes walk from the villa plus internet access near the information centre.

Notes on accommodation
The villa is accessed via 9 steps. All accommodation is on one level. The villa has the benefit of full gas central heating. Pets not allowed. Both bedrooms have air-conditoning.

Outside
The villa is surrounded with a small, well maintained garden with built in BBQ and an area for alfresco dining. It also has a large terrace to the front with views to the Montgo mountain. Both garden and terrace are equipped with table and chairs. Guests have the use of 2 private residents pools, both of which are approx 50yds away. One of which has cascading waterfalls.

Coast/Beach
The safe sandy beach of Denia and rocky coves are about 6km away, for the more adventurous scuba diving is also available locally.

Golf
Casa Corto is situated on the prestigious La Sella complex, with its championship golf course. There are several other golf courses also in the vicinity.

Travel
The villa is 1 hours drive from both Alicante and Valencia airports. Car hire is essential.

Distances
Denia and Javea are both about 6 miles away. The villa is about 5 mins from the motorway which gives easy access to the many theme parks in the area. Terra Mitica, Terra Natura, Aqualandia ( water world ) and Mundo Mar ( sea world ) are approx 30 mins drive. There is also a Safari Park in the nearby town of Vergel.

Further details
Casa Corto is situated on the prestigious La Sella development, which has the benefit of 24 hour security. It is only 5 mins away from the motorway and within a 15 min drive you have many miles of safe sandy beaches and the ancient towns of Denia and Javea with a wide variety of shops, markets, night clubs and coastal ferry trips. You may like to explore further into the mountains to discover historic villages and hidden valleys. These are especially beautiful in the early spring when orchards are full of almond and cherry blossom. There are several well stocked supermarkets within a few minutes drive. The newly opened shopping complex Portal de la Marina is only 10 mins drive away and has over 120 different shops a Cinema and bowling alley.

About the owner
We are a retired couple who live in the New Forest Hampshire. We have had a property on La Sella for approx 12 years. We love the area, especially exploring inland, where there is so much to see. We also enjoy walking in the mountains and we have several books in the villa showing walks of different difficulties. One of our great pleasures is eating out. There are many restaurants offering excellent value in the area, especially in the Jalon Valley.
