This brand new 2 bedroom detached villa is situated on the prestigious Polaris World, Mar Menor Golf Resort. It boasts gated community with 24 hour security and is ideally situated within easy reach of the Mar Menor beaches. On the resort and 500m from the villa is a 5 star social club with communal pools, bars, restaurants, tennis court, gym, hair/beauty salon and a supermarket for all your essential items. The Golf course is a 9 hole championship course (to be 18). Various golf courses are in close proximity. The historic city of Murcia is only 20 mins away. The local airport of Murcia is a 10 min drive, with Alicante airport 45 mins drive.

The villa is brand new and is furnished to a very high standard. It enjoys gas fired central heating with radiators for the cooler winter months and air conditioning in the lounge/diner area for those hot evenings.

Outside
Large undercover patio with glass dining table and chairs to seat 6. There are stairs to the large sun terrace which enjoys some golf views. Sun loungers for your use are also provided.
Coast/Beach
The Mar Menor, Europe's largest lagoon, is home to some lovely beaches and is only a 5 mins drive away. It's also close to Los Alcazares which is one of the most popular areas where you will find a large selection of places to eat and bars to enjoy a drink as you watch the sun set.
Golf
Polaris World have partnered with the greatest golfer of all time, Jack Nicklaus. He is currently in the process of redesigning the Golf Course at Mar Menor Golf Resort. He is also designing the courses at the nearby Polaris World resorts of La Torre, Hacienda Riquelme and El Valle (all of which will be available to play for guest of Mar Menor Golf Resort). In addition to the Polaris World Golf Courses, the world famous La Manga Club is less then 30 mins away, as are the golf courses of Campoamor, Las Ramblas, Villamartin and the championship course at La Finca. Please note that a handicap certificate is required.
Skiing
The Sierra Nevarda mountain range are only about 2.5 hours away (driving times will reduce once the new motorway is completed) so the resort could be used as a base for a skiing trip.
Travel
San Javier airport (Murcia) 10 min 4 miles. Alicante airport 50 min 65 miles. Car would be an advantage but not essential as transfers to and from airport can be arranged.

Los Alcazares 2 miles. La Manga Club 12 miles. Cartagena 12 miles. Murcia 30 miles.
Further details
The resort has a well stocked supermarket. There are many excellent restaurants close by with various supermarkets, hypermarkets near the resort, easy access to local banks in Torre Pacheco and Los Alcazares, also a large shopping centre in San Javier with cinema, bowling and places to eat.
Booking notes
A non-refundable deposit of £100 is required at the time of booking. This will be used as a security deposit and returned in full, providing everything is in order after departure and keys and pass are returned. Payment is required in full 6 weeks prior to your stay.
