The area is very popular with golfers, having many fine courses, within a 20 minutes drive. The villages of Algorfa a 2 minute drive Los Montesinous 5 mins drive away. The Villa sleeps 6 in the 3 bedrooms 2 twin and a king size double bedroom, air-conditioning and satellite TV are provided. A safe is available to provide additional security. Close by are the beautiful towns of Elche, Orihuela, Alicante and Murcia with their historic buildings and great shopping. Discounted green fees can be arranged.

| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
Ample supply of linen, blankets and towels are provided. A welcome pack of groceries can be arranged if required. The villa is looked after by Rachel who lives across the road and is always available to deal with any problems and give advice. |

Outside
The house has a terraced roof solarium, and patio with outdoor furniture. There is a 20 metre communal swimming pool, for sole use of guests the pool is 50m from the Villa.
Coast/Beach
Their are numerous beaches, Torrevieja, La Marina are close by and the blue flag beaches of La Mata, Santa Pola and Guardamar are 15 minutes drive.
Golf
La Finca is 3 mins drive, this has an excellent driving range, and other practice facilities. Villamartin, Campoamor and Las Ramblas are within 15 mins drive. The famous courses of La Manga are an hours drive and Bonalba and Alenda take 45 mins, and many other courses are within a 1 hour's drive. Discouted green fees can be arranged.
Special interest holidays
Walkers will find plenty of paths to follow, leading to local villages, further afield are the are the spectacular mountains of Guadalest, and historic Cartahegna.
Travel
Alicante and Murcia Airports are a 30 minute drive. Car hire is recommended, although arrangements can be made for Airport pick up, and Taxi service from the property and collection on request during the day and at night.
Distances
Algorfa is a 2 minute drive and Los Montesinos a 5 minute drive and Torrevieja is 10 minutes.

A Supermarket, pharmacy, cafes, bars, Internet access, a restaurant and banks are within walking distance.
Many more supermarkets, shops, banks and restaurants and bars are in Algorfa and Los Montesinous. Carrafour an excellent hypermarket is in Torrevieja.
