The property comprises of 2 bedrooms, one double and one twin. There is a fully fitted kitchen with gas hob, electric oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, iron and ironing board etc. There is also a CD/radio player and TV. The villa has terraces to the front and back of the property, so sun and shade are always available, and a private pool to the front of the property. The finca is a 15 minute drive from the coast, and only 45 mins from Malaga airport. It is also a good location for Baviera and Anoreta golf, and only 15 mins from El ingenio shopping centre, and Velez Malaga water park. Car hire can also be arranged at a discount for any booking made.

2km to Archez, 8km to Competa, 15km to water park at Velez Malaga, and 15km to El Ingenio commercial park including large hypermarket, cinema, restaurants, shops etc.
Booking notes
All prices stated are on a weekly basis. Payment can be made in UK pounds or euros, by either cheque, bank transfer or credit card. A booking deposit of 30% is required and a damage deposit of £100. The final balance is due 8 weeks before arrival. If arriving within 8 weeks of the start of the rental period then payment in full is required. Discounts available for stays of 2 weeks or more. Long term renters welcome. Travel cot available on request. Discount car hire available on all bookings.
