Changeover day
We are Flexible on change over day.
Access to villa on day of arrival from 16:00 - for early arrivals we will do our best to accomodate early access.
On day of departure by vacate by 10.00 am or later if prior arrangement has been made.

Bed linen and towels are included for inside the villa and pool towels are also provided, beach towels are not provided. Bed linen is changed on a weekly basis. The property is cleaned before arrival maid service is not included. |

The fantastic beach of la Barrosa is just 5 minutes drive or walk through the beautiful pine forest to the beach this beach has been awarded the blue flag for its cleanliness.
Golf
There are many golf courses in the area the nearest being Nova Sacti Petri.
Travel
The nearest airport is Jerez just 45 mimnutes drive - at this moment Ryanair flys into Jerez and the flight prices are very very good.
Gibraltar is 1.5 hours drive
Savilla is 2 hours drive.
Distances
Nova Sacti Petri with its new commercial centre is just 4 minutes drive. Chiclana town is 10 minutes drive. The white villages of Medina Sodonia and Vejer are only 30 minutes drive as is many other places of interest.
