This is a pretty one bedroom garden apartment in the prestigious Miraflores resort. The apartment is set in lovely landscaped gardens and is well positioned, being close to local amenities and has fabulous coastal and panoramic views. It is comfortably furnished and tastefully decorated. It has full hot/cold air conditioning, satellite TV, washer/dryer machine, modern fully equipped kitchen. In the lounge is a sofa bed which sleeps one or two people.

Changeover day
...is normally Saturday. Can be flexible - please advise us of your requirements and we will see what can be done. To allow for cleaning, arrival after 2pm, departure before 10am.

Accessibility
One entrance to Rancho Miraflores is sloped instead of steps, which offers easy wheelchair access to the apartment front door. Inside the apartment the hall has a level floor from where the bedroom, bathroom and kitchen are accessed. Two steps down to the lounge leading out onto the terrace and garden, which are all on one level.
Outside
The terrace leads out onto landscaped gardens where the superb panoramic views of the sea, coastline and mountains can be enjoyed. Comfortable outdoor furniture is supplied. The large outdoor pool is nearby in picturesque surroundings. Sunbeds are free to use and there is also a baby pool, snack bar, pool table, showers and toilets. There is plenty of free car parking available.
Coast/Beach
8 minutes walk or 2 minutes drive downhill to the nearest quiet beaches at Oceana and El Bombo. The popular sandy beaches at La Cala and Cabopino are 5 minutes drive away where there are also plenty of bars and restaurants.
Golf
The Miraflores Resort has a world renowned 18 hole golf course. There are many other courses nearby.
Travel
A car is recommended to take advantage of the local sites, beaches and beautiful countryside. Malaga airport is 28 km away via the N-340 motorway & coast road. There is also a train service from the airport to Fuengirola station, where taxis can be hired to take you to Miraflores. A good local bus service goes to various places up and down the coast.

Marbella 15 mins (Shopping centre, exclusive shops and restaurants in Orange Square). Puerto Banus 20 mins (Famous marina, restaurants, designer shops). Mijas 20 mins (Spectacular views, restaurants, shops). Gibraltar 50 mins (via toll road).
Further details
At the Miraflores Sports Centre guests can enjoy playing tennis and bowls. At Club Miraflores there is a wonderful restaurant which in the evening serves a menu of international cuisine and hosts a free nightly cabaret programme. The licenced bar is open all day and evening for snacks and drinks. Guests can use the swimming pool here. Internet facilities are available at the Reception desk of Club Miraflores.

1) £100 booking deposit required to secure booking. Balance required at least 4 wks before arrival.
2) £100 security deposit required, held against loss or damage. Refundable within 4 wks of vacating the apartment.
3) A Welcome Pack for £30, comprising basic essentials (milk, bread, eggs, juice, water, wine, tea, coffee). Please advise if required, when booking.
