The apartment has a large south facing balcony with a patio table and chairs. There are large garden areas with 2 pools, a fountain, palm trees, tropical bushes and some shade.
Coast/Beach
The beautiful sandy Blue Flag beach at El Arenal is 5 minutes stroll away with a fantastic range of restaurants. Other secluded beaches are 5-10 minutes by car.
Golf
Javea Golf Club is 10 minutes drive away with superb greens and an excellent restaurant.
Travel
Javea is halfway between Alicante and Valencia airports, each about one and a quarter hours drive away. Car hire recommended.
Distances
About 30 mins drive away is Benidorm, with many spectacular attractions including the Aqualandia, Water Theme Park, the Mundomar Dolphin Water Park and Terra Mitica - the new theme park boasting some of the largest rides in Europe. 20 mins drive over the Montgo headland brings you to the delightful cosmopolitan town of Denia, rich in history and culture,with an impressive 16th century castle. Other nearby towns include Altea, Moraira, Calpe, Benissa and Teulada.
Further details
There is an excellent local market in the Old Town every Thursday. Fishing, water skiing, surfing, wind surfing, sailing, snorkelling, cycling, tennis, horse riding, mountain walking, there are pedal boats and jet ski's to rent on the beach. Also adjacent to Cyber cafe, hairdresser, bakery and patisserie, hardware shops and a tabacos for stamps and posting.
Booking notes
A deposit of 25% is required at the time of booking and is non refundable in the event of cancellation. The balance of the rental payment and a £150 returnable key deposit to be made 6 weeks prior to the commencement of the holiday, when the keys will be forwarded. When the keys are returned and the apartment has been checked the deposit will be returned. Final payment will be required on all bookings made within the 6 weeks period including the deposit.
