In a superb position within 200m of the sea, this is a beautiful 3 storey town house. Uncrowded, white, sandy beaches, rocky shorelines and numerous restaurants with a variety of cuisines are just around the corner on 'the strip'. There is a large communal pool with surrounding gardens on site. The nearby town of Torrevieja offers further amenities including a water park, a lovely seafront and a new shopping centre. 3 championship golf courses are within a few km, as are the salt lakes surrounding Torrevieja, home to flamingoes and a nature reserve. There are also many markets in the surrounding area. The magnificent cities of Murcia, Cartagena and Elche are within a short drive. Further afield is Terra Mitica Theme Park near Benidorm (75 minutes). The property is served by 2 international airports, Murcia (15 minutes) and Alicante (40 minutes). Well appointed, there are 3 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 sun terrace. A place to relax and have a great holiday.

Sheets pillowcases towels (except beach towels) and tea towels are provided. Cleaning and laundry service between exchanges or after each full week. Cleaning charge 55 euros for 4 people, + 10 euros pp over that number. This includes advice & support. |

Two sun terraces. Two sun loungers, patio table and chairs, parasol and barbecue available. There is a large pool on the site with surrounding gardens.
Coast/Beach
Coastal path is about 200 metres away. The nearest beaches are Cabo Roig and Campoamor, both a few minutes walk. By car there are numerous beaches, all with their own distinctive character within 10 minutes drive. Beaches are sandy and child friendly. Most in the area are blue flag and even at the height of summer there is plenty of space.
Golf
The amazing championship standard golf courses of Campoamor, Villamartin and Las Ramblas are within a few kilometres of the house and are easily reached by car.
Travel
Murcia Airport (San Javier) 15 minutes drive.
Alicante airport 40 minutes.
We can help to arrange transport for you as well as give information about flights and car hire if needed.
Car hire, although not essential, will give the freedom to explore the interesting surrounding area. However many of our guests enjoy the visit without the need to travel far.

Further details
Guest information available in the house. The house is situated in a quiet area but just a few moments away from a substantial number of bars and restaurants to cater for all tastes. Basic food shopping is around the corner while more extensive supermarkets are quite near.
Booking notes
£100 non-refundable deposit is required on booking. Balance 28 days before departure. Final payment should include an additional £100 security deposit which will be refunded to you when confirmation is given that the villa has been left in good clean condition.
