Notes on prices
The rental prices are quoted in GBP per week and range from £1120 in the low season to £2850 per week in the peak season. 5% discount is offered for late booking (within 4 weeks of arrival and the total sum for the holiday is paid when the reservation is made) A 5% discount is provided for rental periods during the low season where the time of occupancy is 3 to 4 weeks. The Euro rate used here is set at 1.30 Euros to 1 GBP.
Changeover day
Saturday during June, July & August but this can vary during the rest of the year. The villa is available from 1500 hrs on the day of arrival, and must be vacated by 1100 hrs on the day of departure.

| Living Rooms: | Living room on the middle floor has 3 sofas, easy chair dining table, 6 chairs, log fireplace. Satellite TV with Sky Plus, portable CD. The family room on the bottom floor has much the same, with video and DVD, and the top floor has a sitting area too. |
| Other: | The villa has 3 floors, and the main entrance is on the middle floor, with a cloak room off a grand hall. This is elegantly furnished and is in keeping with the rest of the villa and has an antique coffer, chairs and writing desk. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
All towels including beach towels provided. The linen is changed once a week and we offer a maid service for part of the week. |
Notes on accommodation
There is air-conditioning in all bedrooms and living rooms and there is under floor heating as well. The villa is not suited to those with limited mobility and very small children due to steps and the open pool area. We do request that the terraces are used for smoking and no pets are accepted. Outside
The grounds to the villa are secured with an electronic gate. Once inside, there are numerous patios, terraces and a logia, and these are well furnished, with a main table on the bottom floor that seats 12-14 and a table on the middle floor terrace that seats 10. There is also a BBQ area, rocking chairs, umbrellas, sun beds (8) and the pool is 8x4 metres and is normally set to heat the water at between 26-30 degrees centigrade.
Coast/Beach
There are several beaches local to the villa. If one wished to walk, there is a short-cut and this would take about 10-12 minutes. By car, the local beach is a 2/3 minute drive. There are many more that one could visit up and down the coast. We provide a map of the beaches.
Golf
There are more than 40 golf courses on the Costa del Sol, also known as the Costa del Golf. Booking a course can be done from under the arch in San Pedro, a 5 minute drive away and the local course to the villa was designed by Gary Player and is called El Paraiso Club de Golf and this is just a minute or so away, situated near the 4 star hotel.
Skiing
Skiing is available during the winter season in the Sierra Nevada and this is about a 2 and a half hour drive away.
Travel
Malaga airport is a 45 minute drive.
Gibraltar airport is a 45 minute drive.
Distances
It takes 5 minutes to drive to San Pedro, 7-10 minutes to drive to Puerto Banus and 15-20 minutes to drive into Marbella. Benahavis, a local village inland is about a 10 minute drive away and Ronda is about an hours drive through quite amazing scenery.

We provide a full information pack before you depart which includes maps, emergency telephone numbers and information relating to the local and regional area. There is something for more or less everyone. Further information is provided in the villa. Once you arrive and have had the time to relax our English/Spanish assistant is on hand to help further with any queries you might have.
Booking notes
We do have our own web page and this is set out quite clearly. Briefly, once we establish that the villa is available, we will hold it for 48 hours so that you can arrange flights. A reservation is made with 25% of the total sum of the accommodation cost being paid (non refundable) and the balance is paid to us 8 weeks before your arrival at the villa. At this time, we do ask for refundable deposit of £350.00 and we return this less any costs with receipts for breakages within a 4 week period.
