The one bedroom apartment complete with open plan living and dining room makes for a comfortable and spacious flat ideal for those looking for a quiet holiday or break away from it all. The apartment is approx 30 mins by car from Malaga Airport.

Kitchen: Open plan with the lounge. Breakfast bar, fridge, oven hob etc.
Living Rooms: Good size living room with French windows overlooking a grassy park area and the sea beyond. BBC and ITV stations are available for those wanting to keep up to date with UK news and dare it be said, Soaps. Also has double sofa bed in the living room.
Other: Large secluded balcony ideal for sunbathing and sundowners. The balcony does not look over other balconies or properties and has both an awning to provide shade and a ceiling fan to cool you down.

Property is cleaned prior to any lets. Clean towels and linen can be included price to be agreed depending on what is required.

 

Notes on accommodation
This apartment is ideal for those looking for a quiet break away from it all. The flat provides spacious accommodation for 2 people, but sleeps 4. The owners are able to arrange for local English speaking assistance if required. The entrance to the apartment is via an external staircase with approx 8 stairs which is not suitable for wheelchair access.

Coast/Beach
A 5 minute drive will get you to the beach at Rincon. The beaches along the coast, either east or west of Rincon are generally very clean and tidy and safe. In Rincon itself there is promenade at the beach side with a good choice of restaurants and bars along it.

Golf
The Anoretta Golf Course is located approx a mile away from the apartment. The 19th hole is also open to the public and provides a nice setting for lunch and dinner or cup of coffee.

Travel
Getting from the airport to the apartment is fairly quick via the Motorway - 30 mins. Local car hire firm details can be provided and the firms will generally meet and greet at the airport. Alternatively a taxi ride to the apartment will cost circa 35 euros.

Distances
The apartment is located in a quiet area developed some 20 years ago. The apartment is the end flat in a block of 4. The surrounding properties are a mix of residential and holiday homes. All properties in the area pay a local maintenance fee and as such the area is well kept, clean and tidy.

Further details
The town of Rincon, originally a fishing village, provides all the usual services, shops, banks, restaurants, bars. As the town is not a mainstream package holiday destination prices are reasonable and tend to be cheaper than the UK. Good value seafood and wine are highly recommended.
