This spacious and luxuriously appointed 4 bedroom, 3 reception room and 11 terrace villa is newly refurbished and finished to the highest of standards. Interior designed in the classic colonial style with solid oak floors throughout. The house has everything including full hot and cold air conditioning, sumptuous furnishings and an ultra modern fully equipped kitchen. There are two lounges, one with a flat screen 32 inch TV and full Sky. The galleried dining room is amazing! From its elevated, private and secluded position, the villa has outstanding, panoramic and uninterrupted views of the coast from Malaga to Fuengirola. There are beautiful tropical gardens and a large infinity pool that looks out over the Costa Del Sol coastline. Only 10 minutes to Benalmadena Port and the beach and 3 minutes to the local rustic village with its many restaurants, cafes, bars and supermarkets. Marbella and Puerto Banus area 20 minute drive, whilst Malaga Airport is only 15 minutes away.

Notes on prices
Prices shown are for the property per week in UK pounds.
The only other cost is the electricity cost calculated as per the meter reading, taken at the beginning and end of your stay. Estimated at £40 - £60 per week. The pool can be heated for an additional £100 p.w (app). A minimum deposit of £500 per booking is required at time of booking. Returnable damages and electricty deposit of £500 is also required when balance is due. See owner's web site for availability.
Changeover day
Saturdays. Arrival 3pm, departure 10am (flexible where possible).

All linen, towels, beach towels (for the pool area only) and weekly maid service provided. Additional housekeeping available at extra cost. Your own private dinner party at the villa can be cooked and served by the housekeeper at extra cost. |
Notes on accommodation
The house is fully airconditioned/heated. There is free wireless interent access. All bathrooms have underfloor heating. The bedrooms also have ceiling fans. There is solid oak flooring throughout. The very light, airy and bright villa has been completely renovated and refurbished in a luxurious colonial style. There are outstanding views from every room - including the bathrooms!! This fabulous home is in a very exclusive, elevated and secluded position, yet only a short distance from the coast with its bustling restaurants and nightlife.
Accessibility
The villa is on several levels and therefore not suitable for wheelchair access or the frail or disabled. Please note that the garden leads directly onto the mountain, with meter high bushes acting as a "fence".
Outside
Large mature gardens surround the house and are filled with many palm trees and stunning tropical flowers. There is a 12 x 4 metre infinity pool (November to March heated at extra cost). There is a dedicated barbecue terrace and 3 separate outside dining areas. There are a total of 11 terraces, all with amazing views. The detached villa is located in a very peaceful and quiet cul de sac.
Coast/Beach
It is a 10 minute drive to the closest secluded beach known locally as the "chill out zone", with its cafe, hammocks, Cafe Del Mar music and waiter service to your sun lounger. Fuengirola's five mile beach is a further 5 minute drive.
For younger guests there is a large water park and the famous Tivoli entertainment park are each a 10 minute drive away. In Benalamadena port there are many restaurants, cafes, bars and a market for children.
Golf
There are many golf courses within easy reach. The villa is situated 20 minutes from Malaga Airport to the east and 25 minutes to Marbella to the west. Within a 25 minute drive there are approximately 40 golf courses. It is a 5 minute drive to the Autovia (exit 217).
Skiing
It is a one and a half hour drive to the Sierra Nevada mountains and Ski Resorts.
Special interest holidays
In the local village, there is "La Fonda" - a beautiful hotel built in the traditional style round a central courtyard that has one of the best catering courses on the south coast. The final year students present their lunch menus to paying restaurant guests every week. An occasion not to be missed!
Travel
The closest airport is Malaga - a 20 minute drive away. The port of Algecerias and Gibralter are 1 hours drive away. Ferries to Tangiers from the port, take 30 minutes.

In the local whitewashed and cobble stoned village there are 2 supermarkets, 2 very good restaurants and several bistros and cafes dotted around the square. The village has won many awards for its natural beauty.
