Changeover day
Changeover day is usually Saturday, but can be flexible subject to reservation schedule and time of year. Please check in from 3.30pm onwards and checkout by 10.30am.

Villa is built over 3 floors, with marble staircases giving access to each floor. Private driveway with lockable gate. Indoor and outdoor dining, both areas with tables to seat 6. Pool area has outdoor shower with hot/cold water and 6 sunloungers. Pool heating optional for extra charge. 2 sunloungers on terrace off master bedroom. Safety deposit box for securing valuables. Alarm/security system with direct access to emergency services. 2 sets of golf clubs available on request.
Outside
8m x 4m private pool with Roman steps, underwater lighting for evening swimming. (Heating optional for extra charge.) Poolside shower with hot/cold water. 6 sunloungers. BBQ. Wrought iron table and chairs to seat 6 on terrace off main living area. Utility room accessed from pool terrace. Lovely private terrace off master bedroom giving fantastic views, with 2 sunloungers. Private driveway with secure parking.
Coast/Beach
El Portet beach is a very short drive away (2 km). Moraira beach is approx 4 km and Javea beach is 10 km away - all are safe and very clean. There are numerous small beaches along the coast line.
Golf
Javea Golf Club is nearest at approx 7km. La Sella, Oliva and numerous other golf courses are also a short drive away.

Travel
Valencia airport is approx 120 km. Alicante airport is approx 90 km. Both airports are an easy drive along the AP-7 (toll road approx 9 euros from Valencia, approx 8 euros from Alicante). To take advantage of all local amenities and attractions, a car is recommended.
Distances
Moraira town is only 4 km away and has a lovely beach with all amenities, shops, market and great restaurants. Javea is 10 km away. Denia is 25 km away (you can take a ferry ride to Ibiza from Denia marina (2 hours), or Mallorca (5 hours)). Benidorm is approx 40 mins drive. Terra Mitica (children's adventure park) and Aqualandia Theme Park are also within close proximity.
Further details
There are plenty of supermarkets, shops, banks, bars and restaurants within a very short drive from the villa. You can explore the nearby Jalon Valley with its pretty and characterful villages to sample more of the Spanish way of life.
Booking notes
We accept euros or sterling. Please contact the owner (Nadina) via telephone or email to make an enquiry/reservation. Security deposit of £300 (or 400 euros) required at time of booking. Full cost of reservation to be paid 8 weeks before date of arrival. Deposit will be promptly refunded on return of villa keys to owner. A welcome pack is provided for your arrival, with basic food provisions.
