There is a built in bbq and a covered porch which provides the perfect al fresco dining area where you can enjoy a glass of wine whilst watching the sunset. There are supermarkets, banks, bars and restaurants just few minutes away with more extensive facilities in the nearby towns of Denia (15mins) and Javea (25mins). 3 golf courses close by and watersports facilities can be found in Denia and Oliva.

Outside
The villa has a large terrace with an array of garden furniture from which to enjoy the sun and fantastic views as well as an 8x4m pool to cool down in. There is a covered porch with dining table and chairs along with a bbq for al fresco cooking. There is a pretty landscaped garden front and rear.
Coast/Beach
There are 20km of beautiful sandy beaches which consistently win the European Blue Flag award just 10 mins drive away in Denia and Oliva. A host of watersports can also be found here.
Golf
For the golfer, the Ballesteros designed course at Oliva is closest. The 18 hole course has a good driving range and is about 10 mins by car. La Sella is within 15 mins, 18 holes designed by Olazabal.
Travel
Monte Pego is about 1 hours drive from Alicante and Valencia airports. Both airports are serviced by major airlines. Alicante is serviced by Easyjet, Excel airways, British Midland, Iberia, Monarch and Britannia. Valencia is serviced by British Airways and Iberia.
Car hire essential.
Distances
A short walk away is the Bellavista complex which offers a bar, restaurant, children's play area, large pool, paddling pool, tennis, gym, crazy golf. There are supermarkets, banks, bars and restaurants just few minutes away in Pego with more extensive facilities in the nearby towns of Denia (15mins), Oliva (15 mins), Javea (25 mins).
Further details
Monte Pego is surrounded by the natural park of Montgo rising up to 753m above sea level and the 1000 hectares of the Oliva-Pego 'Marjal' Wetland Nature Park with its thermal spring the 'Font Salada. The attractive castle town of Denia, has a wealth of good quality shops, bars and restaurants offering a wide range of international and Spanish cuisine. There are regular local fiestas when the town bursts into a riot of music, fireworks and spectacular street parades. There's the busy seafront, with its many bars and nightlife, and the bustling fishing and ferry port, where you can catch a boat to any of the Balearic Islands. For family fun the Vergel Safari Park is at the bottom of the mountain and the Terra Mitica and Aqualandia theme parks 30mins drive to Benidorm.
