The property has excellent views of the valley towards the golf course. It has a secure garden area with its large new pool 10x5 metres. There are 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, lounge, fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning and covered balcony. There is a driveway to park the cars. Available: washing machine, BBQ, garden furniture and sunbeds. TV with British programs, including sport.

Changeover day
Prefer Wednesday changeover to accommodate cheaper flights in peak season but can be flexible dependent on other bookings. Check-in 3pm, Check out noon.

Outside
Brand new pool finished May 2006 with large decking.
BBQ available and patio furniture. The bars, restaurants (10-Chinese, Indian, British,Dutch, Pizza etc) and supermarket are about 1 mile away and can be seen from the decking. One can walk to these but only for fit people as the hill on the way back maybe too steep for many people, including small children. The owner wallks it with a weak knee and is 60 years old!
Coast/Beach
Less than 10 minutes drive to sandy beach at Guardamar.
Beaches at Torrevieja less than 15 mins.
Golf
One minute away from La Marquesa Golf Club Par 72, 6,111 metres. Other Golf courses nearby: VillaMartin Golf La Finca,
Club de Golf Las Ramblas de Orihuela Real Club de Golf Campoamor. So for a great game of golf followed by an excellent meal out, you won't have far to go. All of the courses are within a 10-20 minute car journey from Ciudad Quesada and are all very accessible for a day out.
Travel
Nearest airports Alicante and Murcia. Easy drive from each.
Two Toll charges - Euro 2.85 from Murcia. Tolls accept credit cards
Distances
2 mins from village of Rojales. Short drive (less than 1 mile) to first class supermarkets and restaurants and bars.
Beach - 10 to 15 mins away at Guadamar.
