Changeover day
The changeover day is flexible to some degree, however, during peak months we would prefer weekly bookings from weekends. The arrival and departure times will depend on current or expected guests. As a general rule, 12pm is the normal changeover time.

| Bathrooms: | There are two bathrooms in the villa, one located next to the master bedroom and the other next to bedroom 2. Both are fitted with baths and showers over, wc's and bidets. |
| Kitchen: | The kitchen is brand new and fitted with a granite work surface with all necessary mod cons including self closing draws, washing machine, fridge freezer, cooker & oven, microwave. |
| Utility Room: | A storage cupboard is provided next to the kitchen, however, all utility machines such as washing machine, fridge freezer etc., are located within the kitchen. |
| Living Rooms: | The sitting and dining rooms are open plan and connected to the kitchen. The sitting room is equipped with satellite TV and comfy sofas whilst the dining room table comfortably sits 6 people. |
| Other: | One of the best features of this villa is the number of terraces, all with fantastic views and each offering privacy to sunbathers. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
It is advisable that clients bring their own towels. Nevertheless, linen and bedding is cleaned by a maid and the cost is included in the rental price. |
Notes on accommodation
Baby equipment such as cot and high chair are available for a small additional fee but must be requested in advance.
Outside
The villa has a small and private south facing garden with a raised patio. The master bedroom benefits from a large "L" shape terrace and a large roof terrace offers additional space for sun worshippers. Both terrace capture the sun throughout the day. A bbq is available and can be used on the roof terrace.
Coast/Beach
The nearest beach is located within an 8 minute walk from the villa and is situated alongside the Marina de Nerja Aparthotel. The main beach in Nerja is called Burriana Beach and it is advised that clients go by car or bus which takes some 7 or 8 minutes to reach.
Golf
There are three main golf clubs within a short drive:
1) Club Añoreta, Urb Añoreta Golf s/n, Rincón de la Victoria (18 hole - Par 72)
2) Club el Candado, Urb El Candado, El Palo, Málaga (9 hole - Par 70)
3) Parador del Golf, Ctra de Cádiz, N340 Churriana Jnc,
Málaga (18 hole - Par 72)
Skiing
Skiing in the Sierra Nevada (near Granada) can be reached within an 1.5 hours drive from the villa which means that its possible to be skiing in the morning and on the beach in the afternoon!
Travel
Getting to Nerja and the villa is easy and takes little more than 50 mins from Málaga Airport. Since Nerja is located on the Costa del Sol, you need only take the Mediterranean Expressway (A-7; N-340) from any point on the Málaga coast, in the direction of Motril and Almería. Car hire is recommended but bus services are also available.
Distances
The town of Nerja is located some 5km's to the east of the villa which is located in the urbanisation known as Casablanca, near Punta Lara. Maro and Frigiliana are two small villages that are well worth a visit and they are both located with 10km's from the villa.
Further details
There are numerous quality restaurants in Nerja, one of the best is Haveli's, a traditional Indian restaurant. There are also a number of Spanish, Italian and Mexican restaurants that are worth visiting. Large Supersol and Mercadona supermarkets are both located within Nerja. The nearest shopping centre is El Ingenio near Velez-Malaga.
