Villa is on one level with only 4 steps down to the property, the accomodation is very open plan with wide passageways and archways both inside and outside of the house.

Patio to rear of property, gardens are mature and fully irrigated, patio furniture and sun loungers are provided, private and not overlooked swimming pool (approx 7.5m x 4 m) kidney shape - roman mosaic.
Coast/Beach
Nearest beach approx 0.8 Km (15 minute walk), although lots of other beaches nearby with facilities (Cabopino beach (5 min drive)).

Plenty of nearby local golf courses.

2 hr drive to sierra nevada

Malaga airport a 25 minute drive away, Gibraltar airport 55 minutes away. Car not essential but is recommended.

Fuengirola 15km, Mijas (mountain village) 18km, Marbella 22km.

Nearby El Zocco complex has lots of restaurants catering for all tastes, supermarkets are close by as are banks with ATMs.
The area known as 'The strip' in Calahonda is a 5-10 min walk away.

A 15% deposit is required at the time of booking the balance being due 7 weeks before your departure date.

The villa was the best we have stayed in in Spain and we really enjoyed the area.
The pool was perfect for a cooling dip and the villa more than exceeded our expectations.
The villa was very comfortable it was very well equipped (like home from home).

About the owner
I live in Manchester, England, with my wife. We have 4 adult children and 4 grandchildren. We are both now retired and we visit the villa around 4 -5 times per year.
We purchased a villa in the area in 1997 and sold it some 8 years later - we missed the area so much we purchased the current villa in 2008.
We are always trying to improve it.
