Panorama is situated about 3km from the village of Cómpeta, on a hillside off the road to Torre Del Mar. Set along with other houses in an area of vines, olive and fig trees, the villa is fully furnished and has 3 terraces and a private swimming pool. There are spectacular views in all directions, including a sea view to the south-west and mountains to the north.

Notes on prices
Prices are for the property per week in UK Pounds.
There is also a £50 refundable deposit for security of the sunloungers.
If preferred, payment can be made in Euros, by prior arrangement.
2 week lets are much preferred during school summer holidays.
Payment is usually by cheque, but can be made via Paypal using a credit card, in which case add 4% to the total cost to cover Paypal charges.
Changeover day
Preferably Saturday (there may be a supplement for a different arrival/departure day). Adequate time is required to clean the villa before new guests arrive. It is essential that the premises are vacated by 2pm. Entry is not before 6pm.

Notes on accommodation
There is also a CD player with a supply of CD recordings. We have now given in and there is a TV with free to view satellite channels and a DVD player. There's no telephone, but there is surprisingly good reception for mobile phones at the villa, as well as a public phone in the village. Sorry, no pets please.
Outside
Roof terrace off sitting room, large middle terrace with covered eating area, barbecue, sunloungers (£50 deposit required for their security/safety) and chairs, lower terrace with swimming pool, garden.

The beach is just 16km.
Golf
The nearest golf courses are at Torre Del Mar and Rincon de Victoria. There are a large number of high quality golf courses within easy reach near Málaga.
Skiing
In the Sierra Nevada in winter (about 2 hours).
Special interest holidays
There is excellent walking in the nearby hills and National Park. Several companies provide guided walks in the area.
Travel
Málaga airport is 71 km - about 1 hour.
Car hire is necessary. Arrangements can be made for a car to be available at the airport or at the house.
Further details
Competa is one of the most attractive white washed villages in Andalucia. Set approx 600m above sea level in the foothills of the Sierra Almijara, the village remains intrinsically Spanish and has several excellent restaurants and shops. The region offers beautiful scenery with mountains, an adjacent national park, clear seas, lovely beaches and many places of interest. Nerja is about 16km away, with beaches and pre-historic caves. Granada, Seville, Gibraltar and the busier resorts of the Costa Del Sol are all readily accessible. There is also an excellent water park in Torre del Mar.
Sports/leisure activities, including walking, climbing, horse-riding, golf and tennis are all available nearby. Skiing is also possible in the Sierra Nevada in winter (about 2 hours). The area is ideal for walking in Autumn, Winter and Spring.
Booking notes
Provisional bookings can be made by telephone or email and will be held for a week. To secure your booking, a non-returnable deposit of 20% of the total cost should be received by that time. The remainder should be paid in full no later than six weeks prior to occupation of the villa. At that stage, we will send directions to the villa, as well as details regarding how to gain access.
