Living Rooms: Furnished to a high standard with 2 leather sofas , TV, DVD, coffee table and finished off with a colourful rug. Large dining table sitting 6 with matching serving sideboard.TV has British terresetrial and freeview channels.
Other: Balcony from lounge with stairs outside leading to private roof terrace with hydro spa pool (seating 4) also BBQ and shower. All equipment for BBQ supplied. Shower and electric on penthouse terrace. Spa installed November 2005 photos available soon.

Coast/Beach
Riviera and Calahonda beaches both within 10 - 15 mins walk (3/5 mins drive). Able to walk along beach to Fuengirolo going east and Cabopina going west. Various other beaches within driving distance.Cabopino is one of the most beautiful golden sandy beaches on the Costa del Sol. Beautiful little yauchting marina and a varity of high quality restaurants. Something to please all tastes. La Cala beach resort 5 minutes drive. Many facilities for children. Lovely beachfront.

Golf
Miraflores golf course and golf range is under 2km away and welcomes visitors.Beautiful course with equipment for hire. Excellent eating facilities. Informal and formal. Also live entertainment in the evenings. Numerous other golf courses within driving distance.

Skiing
Sierra Nevada is approx 2 hours drive.

Travel
Malaga airport is approx 25 mins drive away. Airport pickup can be provided at an extra cost. Hire car beneficial to explore this amazing area.

Distances
The playgrounds of the rich Marbella and Puerto Banus are 10 to 15 mins drive away. Wonderfully historic towns and cities such as Ronda Seville, Granada, Gibralter all within driving distance. An excellent bus service runs along the whole coastline of the Costa del Sol.

Further details
Aztec Club within 5 minutes walk offering tennis courts, mini golf, fitness centre swimming etc. Cafe bar facilities and a high standard Italian restaurant open in the evenings and offering a take away service. Further tennis courts and children's play areas around the corner from complex. The Oasis club is also a few minutes walk away. Good eating and evening entertainmentavailable also a well stocked shop. Riviera and Calahonda both within 10-15 mins walk (3/5 mins drive) offering restaurants bars and full shopping and commercial area.

Booking notes
A non refundable 20% deposit required on booking your holiday. The balance to be paid 8 weeks prior to departure. An additional returnable £100 deposit will also be required to be paid 8 weeks prior to departure to cover return of keys/breakage etc.

The flat was wonderful everything we hoped for and more. It was beautiful inside with all the comforts and amenities to make our stay enjoyable. The roof terrace was fantastic. you have it laid out well with the dining. sitting areas, sun loungers and not forgetting the Jacuzzi. We will definetly return and would like to thank you for the use of of your lovely apartment.

The apartment was simply amazing. The ultimate asset to the flat without doubt the roof terrace an amazing feature with great views, a perfect BBQ and obviously the Jacuzzi. The terrace layout is perfect-cannot see how it could have been better. Please don't change a thing as we loved it.
