This second floor, corner property, is furnished to the highest standard of comfort with Plasma TV connected to Sky and Digital DVD plus Plasma log effect fire, air-conditioning/central heating through-out the property. The apartment has a large selection of DVD’s plus a good selection of board games for those nights that clients prefer to stay in and have a relaxing evening though we doubt that there would be many of these with so much entertainment in the area. There are literally hundreds of rental properties available on the Costa del Sol but it would be difficult to find a property of this quality combined with absolute cleanliness and assistance and advice only a phone call away. Changeover day
Clients availing themselves of the car-hire facility offered will be met at Malaga Airport with the reserved hire-car and guided to the apartment. All other clients will be met at Malaga Airport between hours 8am and 8pm.

This is a high security small apartment complex constructed in 2004 it has an excellent swimming pool within the grounds and all guests are given the key to the security access to the pool area.
Coast/Beach
Only 5 minutes by taxi to the main beaches and the award winning Marina at Benalmadena with its luxury bars, restaurants, and night-clubs.
Golf
Benalmadena has many golf courses within 10 to 15 minutes from the town those interested will be provided details when reserving.
Skiing
Sking in the winter months is available in Sierra Navadas which can reached by car in exactly one hour or via the various ski trips available by the local tour operators.
Travel
Approximately 20 minutes from Malaga airport.

This luxury property is usually reserved Saturday to Saturday but, on occasions, a request for mid-week bookings can be taken. Deposit reserves the weeks booked with full payment due two weeks prior to holiday reservation dates.

The apartment had everything we needed for a relaxing afternoon. Benalmadena Pueblo is just what you'd imagine from a typical Spanish village and the nightlife of the Port is just ten minutes away.
