Notes on accommodation
The apartment sleeps 6/8 persons, is splendidly furnished to a very high standard and comprises 2 large bedrooms both with terrace and sea views, 1 is en suite plus there is a family bathroom, both with underfloor heating, a spacious lounge which opens to the main terrace and a magnificent fully fitted and equipped kitchen. The lounge has two very comfortable, double sofa beds. From the terrace areas there are views over the garden, promenade and beach. Here is every kind of luxury to pamper you with, power showers and jacuzzi, full air conditioning plus central heating, there is also convenient and secure underground car parking.
Outside
The small complex has beautiful manicured gardens with a wonderful lagoon shaped pool and children's pool. Sun loungers, parasols and small tables are available
Coast/Beach
The apartment is 50 metres/2 minutes from the beach and the wonderful beach restaurants.
Golf
10 minutes away you have every golfer’s paradise; choose from dozens of golf courses that have made this area so popular all over the world.
Travel
Malaga Airport is about a 45 minute drive. Gibraltar Airport is about an hour's drive. A hire car is recommended if wanting to sight see and get around but is not essential.
Distances
In San Pedro you will find a wide selection of restaurants and bars to suit every taste and shopping is easy. Puerto Banus is a 5 minute drive or a leisurely 30 minute walk along the beach. Marbella is a 10 minute drive. Other places of interest within an hour's drive are Ronda, Caesera, Sotogrande, Gibraltar to name but a few.
Booking notes
A booking form will be sent for completion and return with a 30% deposit. Payment to be made 10 weeks prior to arrival. A refundable breakage bond of £250 is also required.
